This can include people and Pokemon who just creeped the heck out of you just by the way they acted or looked. This woman below from "Go West, Meowth!" creeped the hell out of me as a kid and still does now!

In the whole franchise, there has never been a character I freaked out about...except for Moe.

Moe always creeped me out when ever she opened her Whaloh sized mouth.

Ok, I don't care that it was her first smile/laugh but it is still creepy because it took a BOMB a literally explosive device going off in her face to get her to laugh, if that is not disturbing I don't know what it!
