Anyone else sick of the Zoom aesthetic/commercials revolving around video calls?

I wish people would stop making commercials of Zoom/video calls. I already hate eye contact, and I don't like making eye contact with twenty or so emotionless, pixel-y faces. It scares me. I hate it when people think sharing videos on Zoom will work (it won't, and it never will). Stop making commercials about video calls, Progressive.

Like, I appreciate how video calls help people connect during the pandemic and when they're really far apart, don't get me wrong, but I just find them really nerve-wracking and uncomfortable, and I wish people would stop using them as the theme of their commercials. It's getting repetitive.

What about you? Do you like the video call aesthetic? Hate it? Not mind it?

I'm tired of companies attempting to make aesthetic commercials but fail badly. I surprisingly haven't seen much Zoom commercials besides Folger's Commercials.
I've seen Zoom commercials for Shriner's Hospital, Progressive, and SingleCare. I haven't seen any for Folger's yet.

One of my teachers makes us turn on cameras for attendance and it's like... really, ma'am? I don't have it on for any other classes.
Eeep, I guess I'm lucky I'm at a level where class sizes are so big that attendance isn't ever taken.

Not only do I not have a webcam, but I'd also end up broadcasting my entire bedroom to my class because of how my computer's positioned.

Yeah, I don't like it. Also don't like how some commercials are having people wearing masks, those aren't gonna age well. I just gotta laugh at the ones with the little "This was filmed in a safe environment," disclaimers
I think it's good to encourage people to wear masks by showing people wearing masks, but this just reminded me of those "we're all going through an uncertain pandemic, but we're all in this together... buy our completely unrelated product" commercials.
