You have been selected by the US Government out of wide pool of randomly selected citizens to be a part of the Apotheosis Project. This project will grant you abilities that will make you super human, and in exchange for participating and becoming an Agent to the US Government. You and your family shall receive guaranteed financial security for life. Now use your new found power to help change the world.

Hey all, in this RP your character will participate in the Apotheosis Project, and essentially become a super hero that works for the government. Here are the rules

Before the RP begins, Your character will have a finished what's called an Apotheosis Procedure, which is when specially engineered cells called "Alpha Cells" are injected into the subject, and modify the subjects DNA. Their powers and physical alterations are caused by the mutation brought about Alpha Cells.

At the beginning, your character will be housed in a training facility to help hone their new abilities.

The RP will begin during the first 24 hours of the Alpha Cell Injection, so expect to have an idea of how your powers will first develop at the beginning of the start up.

Name: Lucas Weiss
Gender: Male
Age: 19
Appearance: Lucas stands at 5,11 and weighs about 200 lbs. Lucas is slim, but very toned in build, being really into sports and working out. His skin is olive toned, and he has sandy blonde hair which is shaggy and chin length. His eyes are green, and he typically wears a black tank top with a pair of cargo shorts and running shoes. He wears a metal collar like device around his neck to limit his powers.

Personality: Lucas is kind of care free. He can be cocky, silly, and he likes to move around. He's not exactly gifted when it comes to academic pursuits, and he doesn't like having to sit still for too long. These traits belly a rather intuitive person however, whose quite cunning and resourceful person when needed. He doesn't like cowardice at all, and when he loses his temper, he will get physically violent. You know he's really mad when he gets really quiet compared to how ditzy he usually he is. Lucas also has a tedency to be blunt, and struggles sugar coating things.

Super Power: After the Apotheosis Procedure performed on him, Lucas's physical strength increased tremendously. However, as a side effect of the Alpha Cells affecting his muscle strength, Lucas's size and muscle mass have increased dramatically. When not wearing his limiter, Lucas stands at 10 feet tall and weights 900 lbs. in Muscle. Because of this massive change in size, Lucas can create small earth quakes by stomping or jumping and landing, and leap up to 10 feet in distance with his increased strength. However, without his limiter, he can't return to his normal size. His Limiter will also short circuit if his blood pressure goes up to high, which can disable it for about an hour. Water is also a big problem for Lucas, a good soak will cause his limiter to short circuit as well, and when his muscle mass is increased, he can't swim cause the tremendous weight of his muscle will cause him to sink. Lastly, he has to be very wary of his strength when his limiter is disabled, so he doesn't cause unintended damage.

Talents: An avid Jogger, he has good endurance. Plus he knows how to play guitar.

[Yun]

Name: Adisa Chemutai
Gender: Male
Age: 21

Appearance
Low cut hair with with a trimmed, always neat beard. Chocolate skin with light brown eyes. Stands at 6'0" in height. Typically dresses neatly, always choosing comfort and style over convenience in many situations. "Sunday best" for him is just an everyday way of life.

Personality
Laid-back, protean toward most situations. His abilities were like a match made in Heaven for him - not that he's really all that religious. No, a way to describe him would be spiritual; someone who enjoys living life and being the best he can. Who needs all that seriousness and downer attitude when you've got a good eighty years to live, right?

Super Power
Aerokinesis. Adisa has the power to use the wind to his advantage, controlling its flow and force for a variety of effects. While this power is incredibly versatile, it also requires that there be wind within the area to utilize. Using this power has been known to be taxing on him, despite his relatively natural control over it.

Talents
Hops for days. Can play basketball pretty well. Has a lot of experience cooking, as he works in his family's restaurant.

Other: Most likely has abs.

Gender: Female

Appearance:

Personality: Summer is cheery, chipper and extremely kind. She is an eternal optimist who believes in the best of everyone. Not surprising based on her powers (see below) she is an extreme animal lover (and a bit of a hippie when it comes to environmental causes). While she isn't the smartest in terms of book smarts, she's witty and street smart. She's got practical intelligence and enjoys cracking jokes.

Super Power:

- marksmanship (she's crazy good with a bow now)
- visionary powers (she has night vision and she can focus to zoom in on far away sights, almost like a sniper scope. She also has x-ray and thermal vision that she can turn on and off with a thought)
- affinity for animals (while she can't speak to them, she can easily tame them and understand on an emotional level what they're thinking. Is more effective based on how intelligent the animal is)

Talents: Good cook. Very much a food snob, which shows in her culinary choices.
Other: She also fries up some real good bacon.

Personality: To put it simply, Remi is a rebellious problem child. Blunt, almost to the point of being insensitive, she usually doesn't give a damn about others' feelings or judgments. Regrettably she doesn't have many friends because of her aloof and solitary nature, but this is the way she's acted for years, and she shows no sign of changing. Though she loves to have fun, Remi has quite the temper, and is no stranger to beating a person into the ground for tearing down her pride. Beware, for on her good days, the puns are strong with this one.
Super Power: Remi can transform any part of her body into a variety of firearms, though her forearms and legs are the most common.
Talents: Has lightning-fast reflexes. Is a very good cook, speaks fluent Italian.

Name: Natalie Lore
Gender: Female
Age: 20

Appearance: Stacy has long black hair with brown skin. She stands at 5'9 in height and has clear brown eyes. She usually wears her signature black jacket over anything she has on as it was a memento from her brother.

Personality: She's ver unpredictable and likes to pull pranks on other people. Usually she does whatever she wants to but she's not below listening to other people when she thinks they have a point. At the same time Natalie is also very careful about how she does what she does, having a fear of failure since she was young, cause of this she tends to be very cautious. She's also sociable, to the point of actively seeking communication with others.

Superpower: Electrokinesis. Natalie has great control over electricity, being able to control the static around her or absorb electricity from the appliances need her. However she also can't use up too much energy as she's got a limit and once she taps that limit not only does she become really exhausted but her intelligence and physical abilities also go down exponentially. This can also happen if she tries to absorb more energy than she can handle.

Talents: Natalie's quick in her feet and really flexible from doing gymnastics in her youth, she's not much of a fighter but she does have some knowledge in kickboxing. She's also very quick at picking up things but only enough to get the basics down unless she really focuses on it.

Other: she also probably has abs, why do you want to know ;p

Appearance: Czerny has bright red hair that she often wears in cat ear pigtails (look up Kayano from Ansatsu Kyoushita for reference) and bright blue eyes. She is on the short side and her skin is not pale but not dark either. Her outfits often consist of skirts and and feminine tops. She can always be seen with her wireless purple headphones around her neck, and a speaker on her waist.
Personality: Czerny is confident in her skills and knowledge, considered a genius from a young age, thus sometimes she's a bit overconfident. She also loves to pull pranks on others. She is can be loud, and will say whatever is on her mind even if it offends someone. She can also be a bit sadistic with a hidden bloodlust under her social personality. However she is loyal to her friends and those she cares about. She loves music and sounds regardless of what they might be, and loves them to a point that seems unnatural.
Super Power: She gained the power to manipulate sound. This allows for her to make it into a more physical force that can actually destroy things. However the amount of power/destruction it can do depends on the sound in the area, and only one sound can be used at a time. In addition, the length of the sound as well as it's loudness and pitch are important factors. Her hearing is enhanced more than the normal enhancement, and she can concentrate on a sound or someone talking to make it even more clear to her.
Talents: Can play multiple instruments and has an easy time learning new ones. Can tell almost any sound apart, no matter how similar.
Other: Do not look up her last name. The meaning might be disturbing to some.

Personality: Calculative and analytical by nature, Scott bears many characteristics of the textbook nerd. He means well, but he tends to over analyze many situations and think out loud without realizing it. This wouldn’t be as much of a problem if he didn’t keep declaring what he perceived as someone’s flaws while they were within earshot. He’s also not the best in terms of social skills , given his tendency to go into an unnecessary amount of detail with most things.

Super Power: Technomancy. Scott possesses the ability to influence most machinery at a touch. He can alter, rewire, hack, search, and overload most forms of human tech. However, the more complex the technology and task Scott is attempting, the greater the toll that this power has on him.

Talents: Scott is great with computers and similar technology, with a considerable amount of experience in hacking and repairing. He also is a decent shot with a pistol, though he tends to avoid conflicts whenever diplomacy is an option.

Other: He's a decent gamer.
