Are there any moves and/or abilities that turn (opp.) damage into hp?

So I haven't played Pokémon in many years (since I was a kid basically.. (awkward silence ))... basically anything after Gen V is beyond my scope of knowledge. I'm saying this cos I'm hoping they actually added some moves/abilities in that vein in the past few generations that I was gone... I was trying to remember if anything like that existed back in my day but I couldn't think of anything; (Mirror move retaliates with opp. move. Giga drain just absorbs enemy's hp.... yea you get the idea.)
[I don't think there're any abilities, I checked Pokémon abilities list ( ) I just looked through every ability that has damage in its name and I didn't find any that convert damage into hp]

(Reflect and Light Screen half the damage from attacks, they don't redirect it)

Water Absorb, Dry Skin, and Volt Absorb make the bearer restore HP when hit by certain types of moves.

Not sure if this is right but there's an item called the Shell Bell that gives your Pokemon a percentage of health based on how much damage it deals with an attack?
