Unfortunately still far too big. The highest it can go is 160 pixels tall. I resized it for you to be at that maximum, here it is:

Sadly it's the biggest it can be, and since this version is at the height limit you won't be able to add any text above or below it (unless it's one line to credit the artist of the picture) without exceeding the limits.

You're allowed one extra line to credit the person who made your avatar/signature so you should be okay! That one extra line takes it over 160 pixels tall but is allowed since it's a credit.
