Bad Ad Reporting Thread

sorry to doublepost, but I found a very inappropriate ad in bulbapedia that shows a few women in underwear and looks like striping to me. I don't have a pic, sorry. what software is required?

the ad is an unnamed ad that contains a few pics of woman in lingerie, some striping. there is a play button on each picture.

I found out more than one of those types of ads are there. there is only two known named ad, but the only words are: "so hot" and the others are "Dream Girls" and the word on the top of this certain ad said "naughty" and the bottom said "girls". The copyright is by LM Networks 20008

That still doesn't help me. You can click on the image and pull up "copy link location," or something similar, then paste it into a post.

I try to right click, but it's no "copy link location", it's a video ad that you can play by pressing the play button. all the right click window says is: play, loop, rewind, fast forward, back, and a few more. Is there any reason why I'm logged in and I'm still seeing ads? I got like one popup and for every page I'm seeing ads.

Yes, this is apparently on every page now and now that more people are noticing, becoming quite a nuisance, especially with the login popups.

Isn't there someway to just remove the script in question? If the new server is well paid for and we don't need ads for a while, couldn't the strip of code generating the ads at the bottom be removed? Of course, I may be overlooking something serious and being a bit naive at something that's beyond what I can see.

Also, why is html back on? It wasn't before the switch. Is it really necessary? Maybe that might be contributing to this loophole (or not, but it's annoying to figure out an easy way to display the code in a way so it is just code. And no, the code tags didn't work.)

Okay, so I'm not hallucinating, there ARE ads at the bottom of the forums on here while you're logged in..

Ok this is not offensive but it is annoying I keep getting netflix popup every time I check a new thread out on bulbagarden forums. The three on bulbapedias home page were bad enough but this is ridiculous and i know Im not the only one there is a thread on the frequently asked questions forum.

Just got an ad at the bottom of the page of a youtube-ish video window with text saying "ANNA NICOLE SEX SCENE" with an image of her on it (naughty bits covered).

Didn't get the URL though :/

Ok, that's the only ad I'm seeing now, and the image in the video window changes and isn't exactly kid-friendly. Tried right-clicking to get the URL, but it's just opening the flash options drop-down menu. Don't feel safe clicking the ad either...

I was in my profile and in scrolling to the bottom of the page to get to the next page of visitor messages, I saw what looked like a video with a girl's torso, with her holding/covering her otherwise naked breasts with her hands. It wasn't playing, though; it just had one of those play buttons with the aformentioned picture in the background. I clicked to the next page, so I didn't get a picture of it, though....

However, I went to another profile, then to mine again and I got this:

I'm also getting the forumbottom ads. Last one was for Miley Cyrus, and god knows she doesn't need more touting among kids... especially with what John Travolta's trying to convince her to do...

And I got the Netflix popup when I came onto the forum, too...
