I mean things like keychains, tags, patches, pins, hand sanitiser dispensers, etc., what've you got attached to your bag?

Currently, I've got a plush Eevee keychain, a Miura Ayme keychain, a shaker keychain of Chuuya from BSD, a lenticular tag I got from renting a viola, and a red carabiner clip with a butterfly-print strap on it. I have a messenger bag, so there's plenty of space for patches, but I can't decide on what haha.

I had a small Flareon plush clipped to my bag and then the clip broke... glad it was during a regular walk though and not somewhere where it'd fall down and become impossible to get back. It's just a regular plush now and I haven't attached anything to my bag since. Considering adding some sturdy bag charms to it sometime though which won't have the same risk of breaking, maybe Cinnamoroll since I just love it. <3

i have two keychains, a zorua one and one of isabelle from animal crossing
i also have a couple of anime pins! a deku one, a himiko toga one (i don't pay much attention to mha anymore but it was totally my adolescence lol), a tanjiro kamado one, and a few of assorted jjba characters

I used to have a big bundle of keychains attached to the zippers on my backpack during high school. I think at one point I had... Eevee, Squirtle, and Shinx figure keychains, a rubber Pokémon 10th Anniversary keychain I got at the VG Nationals in 2006, a rubber Ryo-Ohki one, a metal Chi's Sweet Home one, one of those pink fluffy ball keychains, and a Hello Kitty phone charm — all on the same zipper. It was literally painful if you accidentally got smacked with it lol.

Eventually I started using a smaller backpack and that obviously seemed impractical, so I cut it down to just the Eevee and Squirtle keychains; and now I don't really use my backpack as much, so I took them off, put them on my shelf and the rest are back on my keys where they belong. :p I think I might have had my Tamagotchi P1 and a hand sanitizer carabiner thingy clipped onto it at one point though.

As for pins, the messenger bag I use every so often has the Umbreon and Espeon enamel pins from the TCG GX sets attached, as well as a cute Earth Badge enamel pin replica that was given to me several years ago. I wish I had more round buttons to put with them though, since those are very nostalgic (especially if they have tacky phrases on them).

I don't keep anything hanging from my bag anymore ever since my Aoi Asahina keychain fell off in the parking lot of my job training office and was then found by one of my friends at the office a week later flat as a pancake. Nine years later and I still mourn her. May she rip in pieces.

Nowadays I keep all my keychains/charms/pins whatever on display on a pinboard :p
