I'll go with the Kantonian Meowth, as it is the most iconic and cuter than the rest of the family.
 
I like Alolan Meowth because of how smug it looks, and Alolan Persian is just as cute as Kantonian Persian. That said, I do still like the OG Meowth, and I really love the Gigantamax form it has in SWSH; having it being long cat always makes me smile.
