I don't know which gym leaders and E4 will stay but if they go here's why

•Striaton Trio: Shadow Triad
•Lenora: Defeated and capture researching artifact related to the villians' plan or retired to be a full time archaeologist
•Burgh: got kidnapped and defeated by villians looking for Lenora or retired to become full time artist
•Elesa: got kidnapped and defeated by villians or retired to become full time model
•Clay: got kidnapped and defeated by villians or retired to become full time minor
•Skyla: got kidnapped and defeated by villians or retired to become full time pilot
•Brycen: got kidnapped and defeated by villians or retired to train
•Iris: Denfinitely got kidnapped and defeated if not retired to train
•Drayden: Quit to search for Iris or got kidnapped and defeated himself
•Shauntal: unexplained but we can assume she will become a more successful author
•Marshall: Training with Alder
•Grimsley: unexplained
•Caitlin: unexplained
•Alder: Training after defeat

•Hilbert/Hilda: Training either (with Cheren or without), head of new villainous team or head of new battle facility possibly one for each depending on gender of the player
•Cheren: Champion, Training with Hilbert/Hilda or head of battle facility
•Bianca: A researcher or assistant to Professor Juniper
•Professor Juniper: Kidnaped or out doing research appears late game
•Cedric: Same as Juniper
•N: Meditating on what to do he learns of new evil and tries to stop it...
•Ghetsis: Bonus boss post game or working with new villian to take over possibly a lot of interaction between them
•Team Plasma: They disbanded after Ghetsis true colors were revealed

Juniper, Cedric, and Lenora, all frozen under the ice. Cheren has gone off to a new region somewhere.

Bianca doesn't live in Unova anymore, she realised she wasn't cut out for battling, and with the support of her father has instead gone travelling to the Hoenn region to become a Pokemon Co-ordinator and participate in contests there.

We believe Shadow Triad are also frozen under the ice, but during confrontation with shadow triad, a mask slips and reveals their identities. They're not under the ice at all, they were away from the gym when it froze over. They've been working for Ghetsis all this time because he saved their lives, but hate what he makes them do, they're good deep down.

Ghetsis is now the main villain, he is trying form a new team plasma, one that shares his vision. He sees that N was worthless and doesn't deserve his dragon, so uses Kyurem to absorb N's dragon, but then loses control of Kyurem. Ghetsis and his new team are now trying to develop a strategy to regain control of Kyurem.

N is in his far away land, possibly Kanto, Hoenn or a new smaller region not following traditional 8 gyms etc. He is traveling with the 2 girls, concordia and Anthea, they are trying to help him with his soul searching. Since Ghetsis appeared with Kyurem and absorbed his dragon, N and co has been trying to make his way back to Unova as he knew Ghetsis would go there, but obviously it takes him a while as it's far a way, and so he arrives just in time before you fight Ghetsis/ kyurem.

All of the 7 sages are still in prison apart from Ghetsis obviously and Rood, who was let out after providing info on Team Plasma, and working with the authorities after he realised Ghetsis evil, he later goes to travel with N and the girls after all the adventure is over.

Lenora once she has been unfrozen says she it will take her a while to be ready for gym battles again, and so will not battle you, also she is doing some more archaeological research.

Burgh, has become famous across Castelia for his artwork, he felt the big city vibe didn't suit his bug types, and was cramping his creative juices, so he moved the gym to liberty island.

Elesa, its been a tough 2 years, someone younger and prettier has stolen her limelight and her star has faded, she has become increasingly angry and frustrated and a generally spoilt girl.

Clay, has been trying to expand the mine, but there's been problems, he's accidentally destroyed the cold storage, angering the towns folk, since the accident, he has become a recluse and never leaves his gym.

Skyla, flew off to explore the world ages ago. She can later be found somewhere else in the game, but has no intention to battle, someone else has taken over her gym, a Steel type user.

Brycen - no idea

Iris and Drayden have switched rolls, depending on what they did in BW. ie in Black 2, Iris has now taken over the gym leader because Drayden has retired or wanted to focus on being Mayor. In White 2, Drayden is now the gym leader not Iris, as she has decided she needs to get stronger if she is ever going to beat Drayden.

All the E4 members have left except Caitlin who is now the Unova champion.

Alder is with Hilda/bert training in the mountains, trying to help them bond better and control their Dragon.

Juniper went out to do some private research. Bianca's with her.

player characters are off in kanto or something, with cheren. maybe helping looker out or something.

N came back and became champion (i stand by that)

Alder is gone forever

Drayden and either clay or brycen were bumped up to E4, leaving the two news in their place.

following that, grimsley and caitlin are gone.

Skyla: Travelling the world in her plane.

Akuroma: Is one of the frontier leaders in Unova's Battle Frontier.

Hilbert/Hilda: Data can be copied from Black and White 1 to Black and White 2, which copies the data of the player characters (name and gender for example), starter Pokémon, how many Pokémon and which ones they have, all of which decides their team in battle in Black and White 2 post-game. Note, the team determined does not have to be the current team they had at the moment the data was copied, and the moves and strategy isn't always the same as in Black and White 1, creating a randomizing variation. The data can be copied over and over again, overwriting the old ones and randomizing everything once again.

After deciding that the ice is just like the BW-mist, I really think everyone under there is fine and there's only a new protagonist because they want it to be a sequel. So yeah, Cilan etc. and Lenora are ok, they still serve as gym leaders for people from the southeast of Unova. Same for Juniper. The other gym leaders still have their jobs as well, simple.

Ghetsis: Gone mad with revenge and makes another team Plasma
N: Will be part of a new law enforcement group to punish mistreatment of pokemon
Striaton trio: They were the shadow triad since BW and now have more prominent leadership positions in Ghetsis's new Plasma.
Hilda/Hilbert: They will get a name change and be heads of a new battle frontier facility (both of them, it's a multi-battle facility.)
Alder: Willfully steps down from champion position and rebuilds the Castelia gym (new gym leader.)
Burgh: Now wandering Unova for inspiration for his paintings (as of recent going to paint the new ice formations.)
Cheren: Elite four member
Bianca: An assistant of Akuroma

Hilbert/Hilda - Heroes in Unova, will be off on a Journey, and they won't be seen in the game.. but you'll hear they are being pursuited by the evil team.
Cheren - The new pokémon league Champion, even though he may not identify himself on the first time you meet him, much like Lance in HG/SS.
Bianca - Prof. Juniper's assistant, will provide you with some important item if you help her in a quest, only after the main story has been completed.
N - Leader of a new Team Plasma, this time a group of people trying to help pokémon and trainers all over Unova.
Athena and Concordia - Join N in his new efforts.
Ghetsis - Member of a new Evil organization (Not their leader), seeking revenge on N and the Hero.
Shadow triad - Join Ghetsis in his new efforts.

Cilan/Chili/Cress - You meet them in different points of the game, and they give you starter pokémon from other regions.
Lenora - Still the museum curator, and Gym leader of Nacrene.
Burgh - Still the leader of Castelia Gym.
Elesa - Still the leader of Nimbasa Gym.
Clay - Still the leader of Driftveil Gym.
Skyla - Still the leader of Mistralton Gym.
Brycen - Still the leader of Icirrus Gym, wich will be the last one in your main quest.
Iris - A Legendary dragon trainer, will help you find Kyurem and Fuse it with Reshiram/Zekrom.
Drayden - Will fight you in Opelucid, but not for a badge.

Elite four - Stay as they are.
Alder - Retired and looking for new ways to be strong.
Cynthia - Can be found in various cities across Unova, and battled after the main quest.

Cedric Juniper - Off in the fields, helps the player offering advice at various points of the game, and says you have to meet his daughter.
Professor Juniper - Akuroma's friend, can only be met after the main quest.
Fennel - Akuroma's love interest, will be found early in the game to give you access to the dream world.
