I have a quick question:

Do Pokemon you trade over from DPPt keep their birth info, like what date and location their egg hatched?

i can't find anything on bulbapedia about swirling dust, can someone explain that to me?

The date in which the Pokémon hatched (and likewise in which the egg was received) is replaced by the date (just one) in which you transferred it to Black and White via PokéShifter. The location is changed to the text 'Sinnoh' if the Pokémon hatched in DPt and 'Johto' for Pokémon hatched in HGSS.

are there any other places like the swirling dust?

Swirling dust only appears in caves, but in the ocean and grass, whirlpools and shaking grass occur, respectively. Unlike the swirling dust, you can't find items in either and you'll always encounter wild Pokemon upon swimming/stepping on the respective tile.

Like the swirling dust, however, you'll find shadows on some of the bridges of the game where you'll either find wild Pokemon, or items.

Specifics are here: http://www.serebii.net/blackwhite/wildchanges.shtml. Keep in mind there is a mistake on the page; you can't find items in whirlpools.

Quick question. I just read on Serebii that Chatot is banned on Random Match. Why is this? It's not legendary or anything...

I hear its because of a bug with Chatter or something, though I could be wrong.

I was thinking that too, but wasn't Gen. IV able to let Chatot use Chatter over Wi-Fi? If that was the problem, they could've just changed it to it's default cry.

Sorry if I'm bumping this, but I've got to know, does multi-target moves such as Surf hit all the Pokemon on the opponent's side at the same time like PBR or one at a time like in the past games?

Surf hits all of them, including your other Pokemon, too. Just like in the 4th Generation games.

I'm not sure if I got this right, but hits all of them at the same time like in PBR? Or hit only one at a time like in D/P/Pt/HG/SS? Sorry but I'm not understanding what you said very well.... Just need a bit more specific details.... x-x
