Blaziken joins the Pokémon UNITE roster from September 14th - Mimikyu and Meowscarada to join the fray in the coming months

As part of the news announcements made during the closing ceremony for the 2023 Pokémon World Championships, it was revealed that three new Pokémon will be released for Pokémon UNITE over the coming months: Blaziken, Mimikyu and Meowscarada. Only one of these has been given a release date at this time, with Blaziken set to join the fray September 14th. Mimikyu and Meowscarada's release dates are expected to be announced in the coming months.

Blaziken will be an All-Rounder, attacking with quick fire movements that push enemies back in a small area.

Mimikyu, also an All-Rounder, can teleport to targets from a short distance, damaging them on arrival. Additionally, it can make use of a move that is visually very similar to "Let's Snuggle Forever", Mimikyu's special Z-Move.

Meowscarada, a Speedster, which evolves from Sprigatito and Floragato, can create shadow clones and switch places with them. Meowscarada also employs a move which covers a circular area, walking slowly and damaging enemies inside the circle.
