The more agile wendigo seemed to wear a grin, though it was hard to tell. The seven-foot-tall skeletal creature charged, at the last second moving to the side and circling around back. Using her momentum, she tried to bowl over the gator human from behind.

The humanoid gator was able to see this though, spinning its body around swiftly before letting out an ear deafening roar and aiming to slam its tail against Mordic's side.

Nix countered the woman with a large wave of water, high over the woman's head.

Anticipating the retaliation, Mordic leaped over the monster and onto its back. Trying to choke the creature into submission, she tightly wound her arm around below its jawline and applied a sharp fish-hook to the area right under its mandible.

The gator groaned loudly, clutching onto Mordic's arms around its neck. It planted its feet down on the floor and roar as it bit down on the Wendigo's arms as hard as it could.

"Isn't that overkill!" the woman called out in fear as he released a huge explosion of flames, allowing her to break through a spot in the wave. "I wasn't expecting that one," she groaned.

Mordic continued to press harder into the creature's throat, aiming to block off the air enough for it to lose consciousness. The fishhook buried right under the gator's mandible would start to hurt with a burning sensation, if done right.

The gator struggled around, only for it to grab ahold of Mordic's arms, clenching on them before it lifted her up from the floor and threw her aside, allowing itself to be pride free from her hold.

Right after touching down with one foot, she moved with unmatched speed as she tried to smash into the gator's side. She wouldn't be giving up until this creature was either knocked unconscious, or worse. She hoped for the former.

Nix of course ha planned for her heat attack and had several more waves coming at her. All large. And hidden in one was a serpent like monster that fired water itself. Overkill was an understatement for his attack.

Hazel was taken off guard by the sudden slabs of concrete headed towards her, and as such, her defense was quite weak. She managed to used her false leg in order to block and destroy the first few slabs, however, as she lowered her leg, the final slab managed to strike her right in the head. This knocked the young woman to the ground, only leaving her attempting to get her thoughts in order. Groaning, Hazel lifted her hand to the spot on her head where she was hit. It felt wet.

"Yeah, it is," she said, lifting her hand off her head. She wiped the blood off on her shorts; she was considering using the elements and its plasma to fight back, but as a fairly new trick she learned, it was too risky. Getting up, she felt incredibly dizzy. It was nothing of concern to her at the moment, anyway. "Long time no see," she greeted, lifting her arms up. She then thrust her arms forward, sending a powerful bolt of electricity towards her.

Nova's eyes widened, moving out of the way of the beam. "You," he growled out, his voice coming out filtered from the helmet. Lifting both his hands, Nova sent two powerful, sustained beams at the man.

The gator kept its guard up, throwing its arms forward in order to block Mordic's punch. It slid back, leaning its head back before throwing it back forward and releasing a barrage of flames striaght at Mordic.

The woman yelled out loudly as she was doused completely in water, causing her flames to go out completely and for her to fall to the floor, defeated.

The woman grinned as she saw Hazel pay attention to her, she surrounding her hands in concrete as she saw the girl charge at her with electricitiy. "Name's Maise by the wya," she declared as she stepped aside, ducking under Hazel's punch before throwing an upper cut aimed at the girl's chin.

The portal man known as Edgar smirked as he jumped back into his portal, appearing just in front of Nova before taking out a gun from his portal and shooting at the man.

"Ha-" Kai was about to go and help out Hazel, only for him to turn back around, remembering that their priority was to try and regroup with the others as fast as possible. "Good luck!"

Mordic ducked, narrowly avoiding the stream of fire. She remained in a fighting position, though didn't move. She studied her opponent, and wondered silently how she'd take it out. Since it seemed to be heavily relying on its vision, she thought about messing up its eyes.

Damien soon appeared, watching the fighting scene around him. "Which one of you will I fight..." Damien muttered to himself as he glanced around.

"Was wondering when we were going to find you Rose." Juliet heard the voice from above her. Todd. Because of course it was. Grinning, she teleported onto the roof to face him down.

"Ah that's right... I was trying to remember what name I was going by when I met you two." She said with a cheerful smile, twirling her mother's scythe idly in her right hand.

"New toy?" Troy asked her with an annoyed glare.

"Of course. Present from my mother if you must know." Juliet was waiting for the two of them to drop the hammer as to why they wanted her dead.

"You have a mother?" Troy and Todd both asked at once. Juliet chuckled at this, nodding.

"I do. And if you knew who she is and who my father is, you'd jump off that roof to save yourselves the incoming pain."

"We did just fine against most of your former guild." Troy pointed out dryly.

"But they aren't me. They don't know the two of you like I do. They aren't terrifying like I am." She said with a predatory smile.

"Enough of this. You're going to pay for what you did to the two of us... our friends..." Todd was barely containing his rage. Juliet just looked confused.

"Remind me of what I did?"

"Stole all of our money, murdered Terrance in cold blood..." Troy was seething and Juliet cut him off.

"To be fair, he attacked me first." Juliet held up an index finger.

"ENOUGH!" Todd shouted and the battle was on. The rooftop was soon coated in white-hot flames and Juliet found herself pushed back by Troy and his giant broadsword. She spun away, countering each strike of Troy's blade with one from her scythe. As she did so, she ducked Todd's various spells.

"You two have gotten better at this." Juliet said with a smile as she caught Troy under the chin with her scythe and tossed him off the roof. Todd caught him with a wind spell and deposited him safely back up. "But you are definitely not on my level." She added with a glimmer in her eyes. Summoning a second scythe for her left hand, she charged Todd. He tried his best to stop her with spells of ice, fire and darkness but she simply deflected them with her mind, sending the elements flying in every direction.

"Get away from my brother!" Troy shouted, protecting Todd with a giant metal shield. Juliet spun around, this was the opening she was looking for. Troy's mental defenses had always bee weaker than Todd's. Using a mind spike, she drove herself into Troy's mind.

WHY DO YOU DO THIS TO US! JUST WHAT ARE YOU! Troy's mind shouted at the intruder.

Honestly I just do this for kicks. Juliet said coldly. And because you two idiots ruined that cafe. And took out the liquor cabinet. A truly unforgivable sin.

OH GOD MAKE IT STOP! Troy was seeing things no man should have to see. With darkness in her eyes, Juliet nodded.

Eternal sleep. She was grinning as she exited Troy's mind. Waves of ecstasy overcame her as Troy dropped to the ground. She shuddered as the pleasure overwhelmed her senses. She hadn't felt so alive in years.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Todd screamed in true pain. He knew what Juliet had done. He'd seen it all before.

Before the woman could reach her, Hazel proceeded to kick her in the stomach with great force.

Edgar's gunshot hit Nova's armor, the bullet only serving to hit the outer protection. So now he was using subsonic ballistics. Great. Nova, crouched into a running position, his body coating itself in radiation. Then, he barreled in, lifting his hand. Rather than charging, a ball of radiation powered almost instantaneously, Nova sending the blast at Edgar.

"This trick again," Edgar grinned to himself as he created a portal in front of himself. The portal opened up, successfully absorbing Nova's blast. Then he clicked his fingers, causing multiple portals to open around them as they each began to fire back the blast, only it had been split into parts that were barraging at Nova.

The woman groaned as she was thrown back by the kick, causing him to cough and have to recover her breath. She looked at Hazel for a moment before putting her hands together. As she did this the concrete below them began to shake round, only for it to start rising into the sky, leaving the two in the air on top of a slab of concrete shaped like a ring. "How about we up the ante element girl," she said with a smirk as she summoned pieces of concrete from below, lifting them into the air and firing them at Hazel. "Must be nice to have been born with that power isn't it? bet you think you're hot shit too."

Just as Damien said that he was tackled by a flying blur, the blur grabbing a hold of him before flying over to an abandoned levi train station nearby, cashing through boarded up windows before droping Damien off towards the wall at the end of the beaten and broken down place. "You're kind of cocky," blur finally stopped, revealing itself to be a man with short, messy black hair and dark skin, with a pair of bat wings on his back. "I shouldn't be surprised for skill users to be that way though," he grinned.

The gator looked at Mordic carefully, sizing he rup as it stepped back, as if waiting to see what she'd do.

Mordic thought for a moment, before crouching down on all fours. She looked as if she was about to tackle the gator, but instead parted her mandible agape and let out an ear-shattering, bloodcurdling screech. It was supposed to disorient anyone within a mile radius, which had a drawback if near her allies. It was the only thing all three minds could agree on doing, though.

By this point, blood was beginning to drip down Hazel's face. That wasn't a good sign. While going up in the air, Hazel took the opportunity to rip off part of her shirt, and hurriedly tie the cloth around her wound. It definitely wasn't a long term solution, but it was better than nothing. Instead of replying to the woman, she simply shot a large burst of flames forwards her. Hot stuff indeed.
