Story Introduction:

400 Years ago the world received a great change, the day of the crash was the name given to that day. On that day a large meteor fell upon the earth and the effects of the crash produced a powerful shockwave that caused multiple changes to the world that we knew. These changes weren’t only geographic but also dealt with human nature.

After this day a small part of the human population began to develop “Skills” special abilities that can be inherited by each person and that separates them from normal humans.

That was just a lie though.

On that day a strange being appeared on the earth, a being with enough power to destroys cities without trying and a being that brought up the dreaded “100 years of Darkness” a war that lasted a century and not only changed the world but almost completely annihilated the human race.

This being was later known as “The True Warrior” at that same time a selected few of people began to develop abilities that were later called Skills, for three generations these people fought against the True Warrior and his army till eventually they were able to kill him and recover their world.

After the events of the war were over people didn’t want to talk, records from the old world resurfaced and where recreated for new generations but the story was changed, no one from the old generation spoke about what had happened and all records of those events were shelved, changed or destroyed.

400 years later and the world has changed, people have adapted to the new world, new countries and continents have been named and people have now learned to live with the creatures that had been created due to the residue of the True Warrior’s power.

And in the middle of that is the Bounty Hunter Association (BHA) an organization in charge of protecting and answering to the public the BHA is famous for controlling the Bounty Hunters a group of Skill Users that have the duty of taking any approved requests from people and carry them out, these requests can vary from basic chores to assassination missions or hunting down criminals or protecting important figures, the hunters in turn receive money for the missions that they accomplish.

Hunters are also in charge of capturing Rogue Hunters, Skill Users or Bounty Hunters that rebel against the BHA and cause trouble for the world, these hunters are in turn chased and captured by normal hunters.

The BHA is also an important figure in the world as they are in charge of protecting and making sure that everything is under control around the world they are one of the main forces that the world has for protection.

However as of the last few years the order of the world is being shifted once more. With the appearance of the Rogue Guild Black Shadow a Guild that has been put in charge of over a hundred Rogue Guilds and has been the source of multiple crimes. Black Shadow’s main goal is to revive the True Warrior and take control of the world.

Because of their action the world has been thrown into chaos over the last year, Black Shadow takes care of Rogue Guilds that are hunted as well as helping crime lords and taking care of countries and people that the BHA does not protect, with their actions in place the world has started to wonder on which path they should follow.

Black Shadow has vanished from the earth now, its whereabouts still unknown as well as when they will come back but the effects of their actions are still taking a toll on the world.

Welcome to Bounty Hunters Part II this RP is the sequel , or rather continuation to an RP that I’ve been holding to for a year, in this RP you will take the place of “Skill Users” people who are able to control their own innate abilities. I will explain this subject in the spoiler tag below, so click there…

SKILLS
Skills are abilities that can be inherited by people. Skills are in turn divided into three different categories in which they can be created. Even through this there are some abilities that can pop up with all types of skills such as elemental abilities or body enhancing abilities.

Skills are divided into three categories. Life Energy, Magic and PSI.

Life Energy

Life Energy is the inner energy of one self, this type of energy can be found in plants, animals and humans. A Life Energy user can gather the energy of the living beings around him and then use the gathered energy to perform his or her abilities. When a person is born with Life Energy abilities they are also born with special pores called Life Pores, this pores are what allow the energy around one person to be absorbed as well as releasing that energy.

Life Energy techniques lean more towards the body, people with Life Energy can develop an affinity for an element but they can also develop abilities that rely on their body and strength as well as speed.

Magic

Magic is different to the other three skills as it gives people the ability to use spells and or specific abilities that can be seen as impossible. Aside from elemental abilities magic users specialize in spells or other kinds of abilities that might seem to be impossible and out of logic. Magic Users are born with a Magic Organ which secretes magic energy throughout the body and allows the user to materialize it, the Magic Organ is very sensible though and if used too much it will shut down for a few minutes while it recovers, if it is wounded the organ will shut down and instead secrete the magic energy onto itself so as to heal itself.

PSI

PSI on the other hand works on the mind, people with PSI are born with an increased brain capabilities as well as psychic abilities, PSI users can have multiple abilities aside from the basic psychic powers like creating illusions, having visions, mind control, materialization of objects and such. PSI can also be used to enhance ones body strength. PSI users can’t overdo it though because they use their minds to fight too much use of their abilities could cause a large amount of stress and make them go brain dead.

Skill Users have their own problems though, even though they have now become an important part of society jealousy and discrimination is still aimed at these people due to normal humans lacking the chance to perform the same stunts that Skill Users can as well as some seeing them as a menace and potential threat.

WORLD

The world in Bounty Hunters is basically a changed form of our world, after the 100 years of Darkness our world changed both geologically and in nature. The world is now split into 4 different continents the North Continent, South Continent, West Continent and East Continent. Each Continent in turn has different types of cultures rather than having a main culture for the whole continent and there can be many environments and countries that a person wouldn’t think would fit.

I will now list some points of reference but you guys will be allowed to create whatever towns or cities you want for your character’s backstories if you so wish to.

North Continent

Wayward City: A city located near the center of the continent, the City is located inside a small crater and is surrounded by forests and mountains it is one of the biggest cities in the continent and is the home of the Slayers Guild. The city is also closed to Dragonic Valley a place where one of the most powerful a mysterious of creatures, Dragons can be found.

Summer Town: A town located by the beach, this town is mostly filled with hotels and inns and is a large tourist spot for people who want to enjoy themselves.

Clockwork Village: A small peaceful village reminiscent of the 17’s this village its famous for its clocks and watches as well as its plaza which proves to be the source of curiosity and visits by lots of couples and tourists.

Claymore Town: A town located near the summit of a mountain in the east of the continent, the houses and buildings of this town are all made out of clay.

Central City: city at the center of the Continent, one of the biggest cities in the world and home of the BHA North Continent HQ base

Fuego District: A city located in the other side of the continent, it is both a port town and a market where people can buy things at a cheap price, the town is surrounded by the Fuego Valley which is a valley made up of lava and volcanic terrain and the city itself is a large source of coal and heat.

SOUTH CONTINENT

Star City: A city rundown by crimes and destruction, this city is where Rogue Hunters gather the most and while one of the largest cities in the world it is still one of the most dangerous ones. It used to be the home of the Underground, a small underground castle hidden under the pipes were crime lords gathered, the Underground was destroyed and close a year ago after the fight between the guilds Slayers and Majin against the Rogue Guild Black Shadow, after that fight Star City broke all remaining ties with the BHA and became more thorn.

Icicle Valley: Located on the southernmost part of the South Continent, the valley is mostly deserted aside from some small towns that are spread around, the town is also close to the BHA incarceration facility Fallen Fort.

EAST CONTINENT
North Khali: A city located in the middle of the large East desert, this city has more of an Indian culture and also houses Khali Palace.

South Khali: Unlike its north counterpart South Khali is thorn in a civil war against its other half of the country. South Khali was supported by Black Shadow thanks to its embassador making deals with them, however after the death of the man it is now relying on other Rogue Guilds and has become a war thorn city.

WEST CONTINENT


Neo Vegas: a Vegas-like City.


GUILDS

Guilds is the name given to Bounty Hunters that have formed groups and work together, Guilds are usually stationed in whatever city they want and have to manage and solve requests together, the money earned from the requests are in turn given to the Guild as a whole rather than just the individual.

Guilds come in many shapes and sizes and how famous they get will depend on the number of members as well as the strength of said members.

Rules for Bounty Hunters

Bounty Hunters are not allowed to kill anyone unless it is during a request or it is what’s requested, breaking of this rule will cause the Hunter to be taken to trial to decide on whether he or she should be made Rogue.

Hunters can decide when they accept specific requests but they are not allowed to refuse a request, they also aren’t allowed to disobey the requester no matter what happens.

Hunters are not allowed to have fights against other Skill Users or people unless they have been ordered to or are sure that those people they’re fighting against are Rogues.

CREATURES

Creatures are alternate species that were created centuries ago during the 100 years of Darkness, these creatures are similar to other monsters of folklore such as Dragons but there are also a lot of mixes and strange creatures that can be found.

SLAYERS

You will be joining the Guild known as the Slayers, this guild is the guild that was created by the main characters back in the first part the guild has slowly made its way through the rankings and was influential during the fight against Black Shadow. The Guild however is not well liked by the BHA due to its constant breaking of the rules in multiple manners, however, because of their actions the group has also been spared from becoming Rogue or being put into execution.

RANKINGS

Hunters are ranked depending on their strength, abilities and experience, this ranking will increase depending on the number of requests that the hunter completes as well as the Hunter’s own growth.

The rankings are as followed.

Middle Class Hunter
Lancer
From this point the rankings are split depending on the skill of the users.

After this the rankings meet together once more into the two highest rankings that Hunters can receive which are

Paladin
Saint

Saint Hunters are the strongest of Hunters and are usually in charge of making sure that order is kept throughout the world, as thus this hunters take missions that are much harder than the ones any other Hunter has which could even affect the world if it goes wrong, this hunters also respond directly to the BHA. This rank was created not long ago as Paladin used to be the highest rank.

The group of 5 strongest Hunters are as thus given the name of the 5 Saints.

Basic rules of the RPG section, we all know them.

No Godmodding: (fair warning: some times if the characters face a strong opponent I might make it so that he wins but only for plot reasons, so bare that in mind)

No Bunnying or tennising

I won’t exceed a specific length for posts as long as not all of the posts are one liners, two or three lines are good enough for me so don’t worry on that end.

What I say goes, so if you break any of this rules or I tell you to do something then you should do it

Name: Klay
Gender: Male

Skills: Life Energy and a basic knowledge of PSI

Appearance: Klay has black colored hair, his hair style is never defined as he always changes it depending on his mood but he usually keeps his hair in a messy or spiky fashion; unlike what most people might believe though he actually combs it this way and it’s something that annoys him greatly. He is 6’2 and has a tone figure due to all his years of training and fighting. He has a pair of clear blue colored eyes and soft and sensible face features.

Klay has multiple scars across his body, one slash shaped scar on his right shoulder along with a small gash on the left side of his chest. The one that stands out the most is the scar in the middle of his chest an X shaped scar that was created after he was burned by hellfire a special type of elemental energy that cannot be healed, because of this Klay has become known due to the scar on his chest and he usually keeps it in display or just the outlines of it.

Clothing Style: Klay normally wears jackets because he thinks they look cooler on him but he also wears something under them whether it’ll be shirts or sweaters is something that it’s always up to him. Klay’s style is very modern and as thus he’s always wearing jeans of different colors as well as some accessories such as chains or wristbands.

Personality: Klay is very confident in himself to an extent; he is always acting positive around others and tries to look at things on the positive side. He can be a little awkward or immature at times, mostly when he doesn’t get things to go his way and he acts really rash, something that has come back to hurt him many times. Klay also has a selfish side, as he shares the role of leader of the Slayers with another member but usually acts like he’s the sole leader (though a lot of people outside of the group have thought so as well) he only introduces himself as co-leader when he’s in trouble or is convenient for him.

He however is very trusting on people and protective, he will fight for anyone even if he just met them as long as it means protecting them and make sure they’re safe. Because of this he will also go to great lengths to support those he cares about, even risking his life.

He is very prideful at times but is also insecure in his own abilities as a fighter and as a leader since he doesn’t know on whether he can consider himself a true leader to the others or not.

Abilities: Klay can gather the energy around him and compress it to use four different elements, this is something that he was taught by his old master when he was a kid and is called “Four Beast Style” this style of fighting allows Klay to use the elements of Electricity, Wind, Fire and Water in unison as well as multiple attacks from them. Klay can also combine the four elements to create what he calls Ether, a golden flame technique with the power of all the elements
Weapons: Klay has a pair of black and white colored swords strapped to his back as well as a pair of Levishoes (shoes that allow the wearer to float in the air)

He has remade his levishoes so that they can change appearances and affinities depending on the element his using and has changed its name to OmniGears.

Techniques: Klay has multiple techniques that he can use with the help of his elemental abilities but his signature technique is called Stages.

Stages is an technique that allows Klay to combine what little he knows about PSI with his elemental abilities with this Klay can turn his whole body into an element, causing his skin, hair and even clothes to take the color and appearance of that element and allowing Klay to become one with it, when in Ether Stage he is able to waver through his opponents attacks and can in turn take them head on instead of being dodged, this causes him to waste a lot of energy though.

Klay has now learned to use Stages in specific parts rather than using it on his whole body.

Limit Break: Klay’s Limit Break is called Devil’s Roar his Limit Break is activated through a special mark called Devil Mark that he has on his right hand, how and where he got this mark is still unknown to even him and all he knows was that he had it since young. When this mark is activated it stretches out and marks Klay’s body, the mark can go from 0% and escalate up to 100 once it reaches 100 Klay’s hair become jet black and longer and he develops multiple markings in his body as well as fangs, this also gives him a better control of his elemental powers and life energy along with a mild gravity control.

Past: Klay doesn’t know who his parents are or where he comes from. All he knows is that ever since he was a baby he was found by an old man named Keith. Klay was raised by Keith who in turn taught him all he knows about the Four Beast Style. Klay also lived with an older boy named Kaiser who he looked up to as an older brother, the two of them trained and fought alongside of each other ever since they were young as well as having to travel around and take care of their drunken master’s bills and problems.

When he was 14 though he saw something that would change his life forever. On that day he saw how Kaiser had killed their own master, Kaiser in turn beat up and left him defeated, telling him that he should become stronger on his own. After that Klay began to travel around alone before deciding that he wanted to create a Bounty Hunter Guild and that in turn led him to Wayward.

Klay met the people that would later form his Guild Evan, Jakku, Grey and Sakura and the five of them together established the Slayers. Shortly after forming the Slayers he met Kaiser again though, it was here that he finally found out the truth behind the murder and that his master had actually asked for Kaiser to kill him and do that to Klay, unfortunately Kaiser was killed by wounds inflicted to him by Klay during their final bout as Klay had lost control of his Limit Trigger.

Finally finding out his true past and what the mark on his wrist was Klay kept working together with the Slayers as co-leader, the group in turn went through many adventures and hardous fights and members came and went as well.

After the fight against Black Shadow in Star City Klay was left with a scar on his chest and bowed to become a better leader for the others, he has also come to accept a little more his role as co-leader rather than a sole leader, though he still introduces himself as the leader to new members. He has spent the last year taking care of the guild and any new members as well of requests.

Role in the Team: Co-Leader of the Slayers, he is also in charge of keeping the base going
Goal: Klay wans to become a strong Bounty Hunter that can be remembered as well as a good leader but most of all he wants to turn the Slayers into the best Guild he can.

Other: Klay likes to knit and sew as well as cook, this has led other members to consider him as a sort of housekeeper, he is also somewhat of a mechanic though not of the things he makes actually work for too long.

Sakura Sekai
Name: Sakkura Sekai
Gender: Female
Age: 18
Sexuality: Bi
Rank: Esper
Skill: PSI

Appearance: Sakura has long white colored hair that falls down to her waist, she usually keeps it back so as to show her face. She wears a pair of glasses over her silver colored eyes, which show a clear seriousness and responsibility. She has pearly white colored skin along with a pair of nice slender legs and a petite body figure, she has gotten taller though and also has a good built due to her training from young.

Clothing Style: Sakura doesn’t have a definite clothing style that she prefers but she likes to mix in different colors into her clothes as well as wearing hairpins.

Personality: Sakura is a very serious girl and is always taking care of the people she looks after. She is very responsible and mature unlike most of the Guild and is usually always nagging at the other members whenever she thinks they’re doing something that she considers as wrong. She is very caring to them though and is always worrying about their well being, leading to the members of the Slayers to treat him as if she was the mother of the group. Sakura in turn takes care of the finances of the group along with Evan as well as making sure that everything is running smoothly.

Sakura is very serious in fights and will usually fight with a quick yet strategic sense, she can be tricky as well towards others.

Abilities: Sakura can use her PSI skill to levitate or create illusions, she can also use it to push objects away and materialize objects.

Techniques: Sakura is able to create something she calls “mind jacks” these cable jacks can in turn tune onto the opponent’s mind and create an illusion in the person’s mind.

Sakura can also create sickles and scythes with the help of her PSI abilities as well as multiple panels that she can use to float above ground. She also has the ability to heal other people’s wounds and teleportation.

Weapons: none

Trigger Break: Sakura can break the mental seal done on her by her mother an unleash her full power, this allows Sakura to achieve two different forms Cosmic Mode, in which Sakura’s hair turns completely black and she has total control and Destroyer Mode where her hair becomes violet and spiky as well as her personality becoming violent; in this stage she has little to no control of her abilities.

Past: Sakura is the daughter of a famous PSI user known as Tara. Her mother and father were scientists apart from being Skill Users and started a project in which they wanted to find a way to unlock PSI in normal humans. Sakura along with 6 other Skill Users was picked for the experiment that was later named Indigo Children.

Sakura was put up to take multiple tests daily to prove her abilities as well as to control them. Everything went well in the project and she was considered a very important figure of the project. That changed when her mother and father divorced though, her mother, no longer wanting to go on with the project decided to pull Sakura out this in turn caused the other Indigo Children and Sakura’s own father to turn against her.

After managing to escape from the project Sakura’s mother and father kept an agreement that Sakura could see him as long as he didn’t try to get her back in the project. Sakura then had her powers sealed by her mother, causing her to become way weaker than she actually was.

She spent her years trying to act normal but was always shunned by others because of her abilities, causing her to beat herself over the fact that she was always teased. This all surfaced in high school when she was bullied by a couple of girls, this caused her powers to go awry and for her to lose control.

It was around this time that she met the four original Slayers and after being stopped by them she joined the team. While originally ticked by the other’s idiocy and weird factors she eventually came to see the team as a family of her own and befriended to later new members named Shimo and Ellen.

Sakura later met the Indigo Children again and after defeating them alongside the Slayers she found out that her father had been killed by Black Shadow, she also discovered that she had a hidden older sister who had been captured when she was still young and was now part of Black Shadow.

She failed to convince her sister though and has become depressed over the fact that she doesn’t know how to deal with the problem, not wanting to kill her but also not knowing how to get her to come to their side.

She has developed a deeper bond towards the Slayers and the Guild in general and has become a great part of the group as she is in charge of keep things in order.

Role in the Team: In charge of finances, request managing, computer control and member approval.

Goals: To find her sister once more and convince her to leave Black Shadow as well as finding Ellen, a member of the Slayers who is thought to have died; though she hasn’t lost hope.

Other: she likes to read books.

Appearance: Serah is a young, 19 year-old girl of silvery blonde hair; reaching down to her mid back, normally kept into a long ponytail. She has oceanic blue eyes, and is of somewhat tall height, being around 5'8". Her skin is very smooth, being very clear as a result of excellent care.

Clothing Style: She is normally seen in her regular Bounty Hunter attire; with white bell-sleeves and tan, fingerless gloves. She wears a small, segmented piece of armor on each of her upper arms. She is seen with black stockings or socks on her legs which reach to about halfway up her thighs, leaving an area of bare skin on her upper thighs. All of this is usually combined with her shorts, which leave much of her legs exposed.

Personality: Serah, at first, was shown to be a very serious and abrasive individual; spending most of her life searching for someone of good virtue, without any luck. She, over time, had become less and less standoffish, opening up more to her friends. After meeting the Slayers, she served as a temporary member on all of their missions. Now, she is a one of their powerful assets.

Serah still sports her signature seriousness and headstrong disposition to adversity, being very able to stand on her own two feet. She is fiercely independent, but is never unable to work with her group on missions. She is shown to be very oblivious to many holidays and festivities, as a result of her lonely upbringing. Operating on many different agendas, it's hard to tell what Serah has planned.

Abilities: Weapon and Blacksmith Magic are her forte. Starting off with only guns, she was capable of creating artificial rounds of bullets that lasted almost infinitely; depending on her amount of strength left. Not only that, but she could create elemental bullets that dealt heavy damage. Now, she has learned the power of Blacksmith Magic that would allow her to craft her own weapons with desired effects. However, these require much effort, time, and energy to craft. After they are done, however; she can access them or equip them to others at will.

Weapons:
Serah uses a plethora of weapons that she can summon at will. However, she must not only imagine the weapon; but she must craft it as well. To get desired effects, she must work tirelessly for hours on them. Below are her most used weapons.
  • Atlas
    Serah's most powerful weapon, a large axe-bludgeon with a long handle. The blade itself is strong enough to cut through solid steel. The axe-bludgeon is tall, being nearly 4 feet taller than Serah herself.
  • Tigris
    A pair of dual pistols modified to feed off of Serah's energy. They can combine to become a sniper rifle, machine gun, shotgun, and even a bazooka.
  • Euphrates
    A black blade that Serah summons. It utilizes darkness elemental magic, which she can use to attack others. The blade is good for causing massive amounts of damage and injury; as the raw power of the blade compacted into it allows it short, but unreliably rare, bursts of power.
  • Socrates
    A white blade that Serah summons. It utilizes light elemental magic, which she can use to attack others. The blade is used to cut through defenses and barriers, able to rip through armor if enough pressure is applied. It cannot kill, however. When used with Life Energy, it can dispel illusory effects.
  • Gaia
    A pair of fist gauntlets used to shake the very earth. Their raw power is strong enough to rip through solid steel.
  • Atomos
    A bow that fires energy arrows. The arrows it shoots are capable of many different feats; mostly for elemental effect. It boasts the least amount of immediate power, but can be powered up for as long as Serah keeps charging the power.
  • Prometheus
    A small knife Serah utilizes when on stealth operations. It is dipped with poison that can be lethal if not treated; but is mostly used for stunning enemies.

Techniques: Serah's only real ability is to craft weapons via a "Blacksmith Magic" process. Her Weapon magic is a branch of this.

Limit Break: Serah's Limit Break is called "Feral Link", which allows her to change into many different types of creatures. These include a Cat, Leopard, Hawk, Cerberos, and a Dragon.

Past: Serah has spent the bulk of her life looking for someone to call a friend, due to her parents abandoning her. Joining the organization of Bounty Hunters, she was introduced to much worldly knowledge that shaped her into the serious young woman she is today. After some adventures with them, she decided to join Slayers as a permanent member.

Role in the Team: Team Blacksmith, Weapons Expert

Goal: Her goal is to protect her friends and to one day find her parents.
Other: This is the most I've ever worked on a character xD

Appearance: Look at my picture to the left for starters; Tye has long silver hair, he weighs just about 200 lbs., he also stands tall at 6'6. He is slightly muscular, but is mainly lean all over his body.
Clothing Style: When Tye is off duty, he wears dark colored t-shirts, usually covered by a pilot jacket, of course he would never be without his signature gray baseball hat, which he wears no matter what. On his lower half he is outfitted with a pair of kakhi colored jeans which are long and drape over his special upgraded "levishoes" which have anti-grave gyros in the heels, assisting in his locomotion.

On duty, or when gearing up for a big fight, Tye has a set of custom armor. The armor is bright white, it has a chest peice with gold accents and vambraces and shin-guards that match. On the shoulder of the armor there is a large golden gem which imbunes his armor with his life energy...making it a "part" of himself and maing himself even stronger.

Personality: To put it simply, Tye has an obsession, which he has mostly worked out but at the same time he still works to cope with it....all he does is train. Tye has the obsession to become faster, stronger, and even better even if he knows he is at his limit. This drives him, he will not take failure as an option. He is almost always looking for a fight, he knows which fights he should take and which he shouldn't...but sometimes the line is blurred. Despite this, Sakura or Klay usually manage to talk him down. When he's not obsessing over his training habits, Tye is a very righteous figue. He has a perfect sense of right and wrong and he trys to be very gentleman like toward women. Tye can definately be a bro, a friend, or just someone to talk to, he's always nice until you give him a reason not to be.

Abilities: Tye's energy condenses as a crimson lightning that surrounds his arms and torso as he fights, the more intense, the faster and stronger he becomes. Using this ability, he reaches astounding speeds that are only matched by few high-class enemies. His main fighting tactics are hand to hand based, using his lightning as weapon.

Weapons: Dual-Hook Blades, Levishoes, A silver-plated Colt M1911 Hand gun, and His set of "Energy Armor"

Techniques: Tye's hook blades were crafted by a being of limitless power, the are attuned to his traits and him as a person. Thus, his lightning flows down and through them. He has he ability to slash, and crimson blades of energy will fly through the air. He can also form lightning around his hands and then thrust them through enemies, burning holes straight through in less than a millisecond after contact.

Limit Break: Tye has a limit break in which he has a ball of pure crimson energy form at his heart, you can see it through his torso. He has large demonic wings, they are surrounded by his lightning. His wings can abosorb sunlight, then he can shoot out a large destructive beam from his hands. Other than that his form is normal. His energy levels are massive and he doesn't tire in this form, though when he is done, he passes out.

Past: Tye grew up, he was the pride of his father. It was a different story with his mother, she was definately not a fan of the kid who "ruined her adult life". As long as Tye's father was around she always played nice though, so he grew up with a half decent childhood. At age 13, Tye's father died in action as a soldier. This left no ties between Tye and his mother, due to that, she left him. She wasn't a horrible mother, she left him half of his fathers cash when she left as long as he didn't get her in trouble for leaving. He showed no emotion to their parting of ways, he solemnly took the money and left. Tye wandered around for a while, attending little school, occasionally when he stayed in one place. He never grew to close to anyone, well, not until he met the Slayers. In a mishap at one of his rural schools, he got in a fight...his life energy purged and he kicked the other boy's ass without any trouble at all. He did what he always did and ran away again, this time finding a place to be accepted. Since then he has lived and grown with the Slayers, he eventually mastered his powers and is now a powerful Knight-Rank life energy user. In the year since the events of the 1st Bounty Hunters RP he has become a master of his abilities, gained some experience and become more responsible, assisting with the guild.

Role in the Team: Tye fills special roles in the field, doing (mostly) anything he is asked to do. His astounding speed grants him great reconasance ability, and on more than one occassion he has worked as a stall tactic against tough enemies. Other than that, he just does what needs to be done, kicks ass and takes names for the good of the Slayers.


Goal: Become the strongest and fastest he can become. And have a great ime with his friends along the way!

hello Haze. After missing out on the first Bounty Hunters despite multiple chances I think I'll have to make that up here. I'm on my 3DS so i cant fill out an su, but im looking it over.

I'm considering a PSI ninja (Sai, pun intended). I would say rogue, but you used rogue to refer to the bad guys. Either that or a Sniper, or a Creature Keeper. I can think of a pretty epic creature. Rhino + Bulletproofing + nuclear radiation + steroids= my idea.

anyway since I cant do that atm I'll go for now.

Appearance: His appearance reflects his devotion to his work quite well: He's willing to sacrifice it for his magic. He rarely has his hair cut, and thus it goes down past his shoulders. He's fairly average as far as height goes at about 6 feet tall, and has a slender build. His left eye, instead of a pupil, bears a red, star-shaped sigil that sometimes glows, and his mouth is full of jagged, shark-like teeth.

Clothing Style: Evan wears a tuxedo most of the time. He has quite a few sets of them he swaps out whenever something happens to them.

Personality: Evan is very irritable, due to staying up all night playing video games. He finds people who bother him while he's working particularly grating, though being a stoic, he limits showing it to the occasional sarcastic remark. However, he's also fairly intelligent, and is knowledgeable in many fields. He's somewhat amoral as well, usually only caring about a select group of friends and family. Despite this, he can be nice, he just doesn't like to show it, worried it will make him seem weak.

Abilities: What abilities can they use with their skills
Weapons: He uses martial arts most of the time, supplemented with stuff he gets using magic.

Techniques: Evan knows eight spells he learned from video games:
-Level i Flare: Shoots out a hoop of fire, about four feet in circumference. It always rolls forward in a straight line at a fairly quick rate, and can go up wall and ceilings. It can travel on water, in which case it hovers directly above it, but if any more than about 1/4 a cup of water is actually splashed on it, it will dissipate. It otherwise exists for about six seconds, in which time it can travel about 30 yards.

-Shocking Grasp: Evan's body becomes charged with electrical energy, allowing him to deliver an electric shock to anything he touches while it's active. This current causes mild burns, but more importantly, stuns anything that touches him for a few seconds. It's still electrical, though, and thus can't travel along rubber or ground, and will affect anyone, friend or foe alike, who is on a metal or wet surface when Evan uses it.

-Chione's Spear: Evan produces a spear of ice from mid-air. It's stronger than normal ice, with the durability and sharpness of steel. It won't melt at normal temperatures either, unless Evan lets go of it, in which case it will immediately turn into normal water.

-Mass Effect: Evan can alter the weight of himself or objects he touches. He can decrease the weight of an object by up to either 100 pounds, or half of their weight. He can also increase the weight for that long. This effect lasts as long as Evan is touching the object, or 10 seconds after.

-Explosive Rune: Evan can sketch a sigil on objects, shaped like a stylized skull. When a specific condition Evan has decided on is met, he can explode it. The mark can be made with anything used as ink, though if it is rubbed off, it won't work, though Evan can set them to explode if the mark is disrupted.

-Time Stop: Evan can stop time. Sort of. It only works on inanimate objects, and life force disrupts the effect, so humans and living things, or objects they are directly touching, are not affected. He must say "Time be still" and stand still himself for this spell to work.

-Restore: Evan heals his body. He often combines this with PSI. Small cuts heal in seconds, larger ones take about a minute. If a limb was severed, he can simply place the severed member to the stump to fasten it back on instantly. Otherwise, it will grow back within a day or so. This spell, combined with his PSI, makes it so he feels very little pain as well.

-Ultima Weapon: Summons chainsaws for Evan to use. They are magically linked to him, so he can cast spells from them as if they were a part of his body. He can make them explode as well.

He also has a bunch of magical items:
Magic Cards: These work a bit differently: He can use each one only once a day, and only up to three withing an hour.
Fission: Allows the user to copy themselves, creating clones. They can create one for each spell they know, and each one must be able to cast a spell. The clones can only use magic, no other supernatural abilities.

Inferno: Summons a gatling gun from nowhere, which fires bullets made of freakishly hot fire, that supposedly comes from hell itself. Not very accurate, but each one will leave charred baseball-sized holes in most anything.

Steel Skin: The caster's body is coated in steel, that moves as they do, working as armor. While it can increase the user's weight, it does not restrict mobility.

Animate Dead: Causes corpses or other dead organic matter to animate as undead for the caster. While they do not wear off, they do start to smell, and finding a way to store them without being asked uncomfortable questions is not easy.

Loaded Dice: Allows him to manipulate fate, in any way, so long as it's small. He can make a banana peel be dropped at just the right time, or manipulate the slots in a slot machine just so, or make a coin toss go exactly the way he wants. He cannot make someone drop dead, or a car crash, or an earthquake happen. It has to be small, something that would normally be mostly just chance.

Blood Magic: Lets the user control blood, hardening it into metal. The user can control blood for five minutes.

He also has a magic notebook. Anything he draws in it will be summoned. However, he's a pretty darn sucky artist, so all he has is some rainclouds, stick figures, and a poorly drawn lion.

Also, he sold some of his magical power for a demon eye. His left one, to be precise. It makes his reflexes much faster, and if he knows a person's name, or some other distinguishing feature, he can tell what their location is. He can also take it out whenever, and still see through it. The demon that he got it from, Eboreus, can use it to track him and control Evan's mind, but the Slayers seem to have killed him.

As for PSI, he uses it to increase his strength. He can't do so as much as a dedicated PSI user, but he's definitely pretty darn strong with it. And, as stated above, he can combine it with Restore to heal himself very fast.

Limit Break: Fel Contract: Evan harnesses the demonic power in his eye, granting himself demonic power. Glowing red runes appear all over his body, and bat-like rings sprout from his shoulders. All of his magical powers become ridiculously strong: Shocking Grasp shoots bolts of dark lightning strong enough to disintegrate cars, Mass Effect can bring down satellites, and he can summon explosive runes at will. The effect lasts 10 minutes, after which Evan must sleep for a day.

History: Evan was born to a teenage boy, who put him up for adoption. He was a cute baby, so he was soon adopted by a pair of astronauts named Eliot and Ben. When they left on space missions, they left him with their butler, Albie, who they brought back from one of their trips to the moon. Albie was really lazy when Ben and Eliot weren't around, and let Evan eat junk food all the time, but he was otherwise a nice guy, and taught Evan how to turn into an animal and paint. They had a huge library full of books, most of them dry comedies, which made Evan very sarcastic. Albie was evil, so combined with his parents being good, this is what mad him not exactly heroic, but also only slightly evil. One day, a terrorist who was working with the communists and trying to stop the American space program broke into his house and killed Albie when Evan ran. Evan got revenge by blowing up the guy's house with him in it. But little did he know, the terrorist was not only a communist, but a wizard. After blowing up the house, in the wreckage, he found a magic GBA cartridge. He started playing it, and found it was a ton of fun. Once he beat the end boss, it even gave him magical powers. He then swore to learn to master his powers, learn everything he could, and stop anyone's butler from being killed by a video game wizard again. That, and he really liked being able to shoot rings of fire.

Later, he and Klay founded the Slayers Guild, where he beat up a ton of people. To gain more power, he bargained part of his magical energy for a demonic eye. This came back to bite him when they discovered the demon that he sold it to, Eboreus, was working for an evil organization called the Black Hand. Fortunately, Eboreus' influence was expelled, and the guild defeated him. Later, after the guild lost a battle with the Black Hand, Evan decided he would go on vacation for a while to train and play chess. He has left one of his clones, however. Nowadays, he rarely goes on missions, since the clone is much weaker than him, and mostly does management stuff.

Role in the Team: The other leader. Does a lot of finance stuff, cleans the base, and bakes cookies. He is a very powerful combatant, and would normally go on a lot of missions, but all his power is with his other clone.

Goal: To protect his guild and help them accomplish their dreams.

JAKKU EBANSU

Skills: Life Energy- Unique Yellow Energy
Appearance: 6ft4, grey-green eyes and long brown hair, recently cropped to cope with immense heat. Jakku has reasonably pale skin, which has begun to tan in several places following travels on the Southern Continent. Jakku has numerous scars crossing his back, neck, and limbs. He is quite tall and thin, but his muscles are quite large on his arms and legs.
Clothing Style: Until recently, Jakku wore large trenchcoats containing a variety of weaponry. On his journeys further south, this was no longer manageable. He tends to wear nowadays a short light-grey jacket, with built-in sheathes for his katana, along with two separate belts, containing various pockets with further weaponry inside. He has taken to wearing three-quarter length trousers, and boots, for greater manouverability. Beneath his jacket is usually a plain t-shirt.

Personality: Jakku is very devoted to the guild, and to the order of Life Energy he follows. He tries to keep the other guild members in line, although is well aware when this fails. His human contact skills leave something to be desired, in comparison with Shimo's. He believes it his duty to defeat members of the Ebansu Clan that have chosen to fight for Black Shadow, and his alone. He is determined to become stronger to achieve this goal. He can be reasonably laid back however, and tends to do his own thing, in or out of battle.

Abilities: Jakku's standard Life Energy skills are distributing his own body's energy, from his muscles, into various other bones and muscles of his body. His Yellow Energy, a unique technique taught to few, is produced in his heart, and is more volatile, but more powerful.

Weapons: Two/Three katana- standard Ebansu issue weaponry, used in medium to close quarter fighting.

Techniques: Energy Cutter- A thin blade of Life Energy emerges from Jakku's hand- can be used as a weapon or a tool
Duplicate- Separates Jakku's Life Energy into two forms, identical in every way. When re-absorbed into a whole, any new information gained is learned, and the Life Energy is returned.
Bone Gauntlet/Armour- Jakku's bones form a Life-Energy reinforced exoskeleton, consuming a high amount of energy, but decreasing damage and increasing physical strength

Limit Break: Yellow Energy Release- Jakku must already be wearing full-body Bone Armour in order to use this technique, due to the danger of his released energy. The released Yellow Energy forms around Jakku's body into an additional layer of armour, amplifying his offensive and defensive capabilities.

Past: Jakku was raised as a child of a secretive clan in the mountains of the North Continent, travelling southward to the South Continent aged 11, where he began his training with a disciple of the Order of the Yellow, the only known society to teach Yellow Energy Skills. He disappeared from public view until age 15, when, at a suitable point in his training, he left his sensei, and began working as a Rogue Guild Member, being unable to join a Guild due to his age. It was during this period he met Grey, a former member of the Slayers, and they began to work together in a Rogue Guild.
Following numerous missions, this partnership ended when Grey was hired to kill Jakku. Jakku continued to work for various Rogue Guilds until a botched mission resulted in the deaths of every member of the Rogue Guild, aside from Jakku.
A week after this incident, Jakku relocated himself to Wayward, and began attending a new High School, in order to remain inconspicuous. Here he met Klay, Evan and Sakura, resulting in the Slayer's formation.
Jakku's family were all murdered following an attack by rogue members of the clan, Crystal, Shimo and Yuki, his sisters.
Following several months of successful missions with the Slayers, Jakku was able to capture Shimo, resulting in her eventually joining the Slayers as a member.

Appearance: Four foot four inches, Shimo is grey-blue eyed, with blue-black hair. She has fairly tanned, lively skin, and a thin, agile physique from hours of training. Her hair is roughly cut to shoulder length, and generally worn in a ponytail, or concealed out of sight beneath a hood. She has red scars along the left side of her neck, but is otherwise unblemished.
Clothing Style: Shimo wore upon first arriving with the Slayers a large parka, brimming with various weapons. Now she usually wears a standard Slayers-branded jacket, customised with a long hood, and various inner holsters for firearms. Underneath, she usually wears the plainest t-shirts she can find for her age, and shorts or short pants, with running shoes underneath for grip and ease-of-movement. She usually has two large shotguns holstered across her back.

Personality: Shimo is dark, cynical and sarcastic. She doesn't take kindly to new people, or people who criticise her age or height. She has a soft spot for Sakura, and has recently begun acting more warmly towards Klay. Ironically, she hates the cold, hence her thick clothing when there is the slightest possibility of cold weather. She tries to be independent, and work her own way to things.

Abilities: Shimo's Life Energy she generally moves into other objects, either the projectiles from her weaponry, the seals she has begun to use, or the Closed Seal on her katana, which activates her future potential.
Weapons: Sealed Katana- Ancient Weapon, seal on the hilt can be opened in order to activate her Future Point.
Shotguns x 2- Shimo's preferred weapon, dual equipped with one in each hand.
Handguns, Rifles, Etc.- Chosen depending on mission. Shimo is an expert in a wide range of weaponry.

Techniques: Bullet Control- Shimo invests Life Energy into the bullets of her weaponry, resulting in controlled attack of her enemy's weak points
Seal- Shimo may seal an enemy's power. The seal can be broken, and this is an undeveloped skill as of yet.

Limit Break: Future Point!- Shimo opens the Closed Seal of her Sealed Katana, resulting in her Future Self being drawn into the past from ten years in the future. Her Future Self is stronger than present Shimo, as well as having some knowledge of future events.

Past: The Ebansu training regime is harsh, and there is a very low mortality rate for the training they provide. Shimo very barely passed this training, and kept her life, along with her sister, Yuki. She was a quiet kid, and was easily led around by Yuki. This led to Yuki and Crystal's alliance to destroy the rest of the clan, and the rest of her family's demise. After a battle with the Slayers, Jakku was able to track Shimo, Yuki and Crystal to a train crossing the Northern Continent's mountains. In a fierce battle, Crystal and Yuki escaped the exploding train, but Jakku was able to capture Shimo. This led to Jakku rejoining the Slayers with Shimo in tow, irresponsive and cold. Her positive experiences with the Slayers have opened her eyes to Yuki's evil, and now she looks to defeat her. Shimo secretly believes it is possible that she is the True Warrior, not Yuki.

Role in the Team: Munitions Expert

Goal: To defeat her twin, Yuki, the child Black Shadow have chosen to be their True Warrior.

Haze Warp:Leon's entire body emits a cloud of red, smoke-like energy before he vanishes via teleporting under its cover.

Red Step:Leon vanishes in a flash of red light, which appears in a semi-blurry outline of his body

After-Image:Leon moves towards his target, periodically using his teleporting abilities to jump around, leaving an after-image illusionary effect each time, which lasts for a few seconds.

Haze Bomb: Leon creates a fiery-looking sphere of energy in his hand and throws it at the enemy. The sphere detonates upon contact with any surface

Flare Strike:Leon propels himself forward using a burst of red energy and blitzes the target with a full-on tackle

Red Blast:Leon creates a massive sphere of energy in his hands and detonates it at close range, creating an outward surge of destructive energy

Blood Rift: Leon creates a dimmensional rift directly in front of him, which absorbs any incoming projectiles or enemies

Nightmare Haze:Leon releases a cloud of hallucinogenic smoke from his hands, which causes the opponent to experience gruesome illusions, should they inhale any of the fumes

Red Drain:Leon's entire body begins glowing a bright red before he moves in to drain the energy of his target(s). This can be done either from his palms through physical contact, or in a radius form where all beings in a small circle around him are affected

Comet Strike: Leon fired a large sphere of energy into the air, which bursts into multiple small cometlike bursts of energy, which fly in every direction and detonate upon contact with any surface.

Red Bolt:Leon fired a large, semi-continous stream of lightninglike red energy from his palm.

Red Comet:Leon releases energy from all over his body, which envelops him in an aura effect, greatly boosting his abilities and physical capabilities


Appearance: Leon has a very pale body, which is due to both his own habits and the rumored nature of his powers. He has crimson eyes, short grey hair (from dye, not age), and a tall, fairly built body. His torso has a fairly good-sized scar on it from a conflict several years ago.

Clothing Style: Leon typically wears a black semi-armorlike shirt, with red and black jeans and a blood-red jacket. His shoes are prone to change randomly, but he usually can be seen wearing similar colored ones to match his aforementioned outfit. On his wrists he almost always wears a spiked wristband with a concealed blade.

Personality:Leon is a fairly wiry person if seen at any time where combat is even a vague possibility for the near future. He can be calm though, however rare the occasion on which he does so may be. He can be short-thought at times, meaning he forgets often to think before he acts, or regret what he did afterwards. Also, while in combat, his personality takes a noticeable change. In the midst of battle fever, he can turn more cruel in his actions and tactics than he normally would be, and it can sometimes take actions from an outside person to bring him back to his senses.

Past: Leon was born to an elite family of sorcerers, whose ancestors were rumored to have obtained their previously unseen abilities through contact with a mysterious red comet. Initially, he lived a very sheltered life,his parents hoping to bend his personality They even t and general way of acting from what it has now become towards a more....well a more normal alternative. They even tried to keep him from discovering the darker side of their families' sorcery, though this would be just as unsuccessful as their attempts to change him. After he was ten years old, Leon began to mess around with the Red Magic, and managed to discover some of its previously unseen potential, including what he uses for teleportation and mental desecration. However, his lack of an effective impulse control would prove to be his downfall, as one day when arguing with his parents for some presently unknown reason, Leon's temper got the better of him, and he fired a Nightmare Haze at both of his parents. To this day, he can not forgive himself for the mental and lasting damage that single action did. He moved out shortly after the incident, traveling from relative to relative until he decided eventually to become a bounty hunter. In his eyes, being a Bounty Hunter would let him do something at least mildly productive with his powers, and would additionally give him some excitement in his life. Now, after having been recruited to join the Slayers, Leon awaits the next chapter in his life.

Appearance: Eric has reddish tan skin, and long, black hair. The hair has bits of white near the edges because his mother had white hair, and his father had black. Eric's eyes are golden brown, and he's usually smiling. To use his shapeshifting powers, his Life Pores were altered, and this has left tattoos on his body. On his chest, he has a ram's skull. On his left shoulder, he has a set of gears, and on his right, a lotus flower. He has a spider tattoo running across his back.

Clothing Style: Eric has a thing for clothes with skulls on them. He thinks they look cool. On his head, he wears a tan cowboy hat with a skull on it. Around his neck, he wears a rust-colored cloak, kept in place with a skull clasp. The back of the cloak bears a "平和" symbol. He wears a black duster with a pair of skulls on either side of the opening. Under that, he wears a black shirt with a skull on it. His pants are tan as well. They don't have skulls on them, but they're held up by a belt with a skull buckle. Also, the toes of his boots look like them.

Personality: Eric is just a nice guy. He hates conflict, and thinks that peace and love are the ultimate virtues. He will fight to protect people, and spar if he needs practice, but he'll never, ever, ever kill another living being. He's not a very serious person. He has cavalier attitude about most things.

Abilities: Eric uses his powers to shapeshift. While many skill users can shapeshift, due to his tattoos, Eric can do so very easily, and swap between forms in seconds. On the other hand, he can't use life energy in any other way.
Weapons: He uses his form's abilities. He's quite skilled with all of them.

Techniques: Eric has four forms he can shapeshift into:
Android: In this form, Eric's entire body is turned into a machine: His skin becomes iron, his blood vessels are replaced with copper wiring, his heart replaced with a battery, and his brain turned into a chip. In this form, he can fly at amazing speeds, and he comes equipped with machine guns and rocket launchers. Finally, since he is technically no longer living, things that would effect living creatures like poison don't work. And since his brain is mechanical in this state, techniques that would effect his mind don't work.

Arietaur: This form turns Eric into a half-man, half sheep being. He grows large, curved horns out of the side of his head, and his upper arms and lower legs become covered in soft, white wool, with hooves instead of feet. In this form, Eric becomes extremely strong, enough to lift cars with a decent amount of effort. Also, due to the fact that his feet are now hooves, his kicks really hurt. Finally, his body weight increases to roughly 300 pounds. Luckily, his muscle mass changes to account for this, so it doesn't slow him down much. It does make it so he can't really jump or flip around.

Arachne: Four clawed, spider like limbs sprout from Eric's back, and he grows an extra set of eyes as he turns into a monstrous Arachne. This form gives him spider powers: He can spit powerful acid, and his arms shoot sticky webbing that he can use to bind foes. He also becomes a lot faster, and he has sharper reflexes. Finally, he can stick to walls, and walk on ceilings as easily as if they were floors.

Alraune: This allows him to take the form of a plant person: His skin turns green, and his black hair becomes a rose color. This form allows him to sprout thorned green tentacles. He can either lash people with them, or stick them in the ground to have more sprout up. Also, drinking water heals him. And his blood is replaced with chlorophyll, so effects that rely on the user having blood won't work on him. He can make flowers grow too.

Past: Eric was born to a family of shepherds just outside of Wayward City. They farmed sheep. He liked his simple life, and didn't really want to be a Bounty Hunter. Then Black Shadow and Eboreus attacked Wayward city. His family was killed while he was out grocery stopping. He vowed to destroy Black Shadow, and when he found out that the Slayers guild was fighting them, he decided to join.

He had an operation performed on himself, using some of his inheritance money. He got his life pores altered. They would allow him to transform into monsters so he could fight with the Slayers.

Role in the Team: Nope.

Goal: To bring down Black Shadow.
Other: Changing form is the way Eric uses life energy; Everything else is physical functions derived from the form. That's why his ranking is fairly low. So if his life energy were disabled, he wouldn't revert to his original form; On the contrary, he'd be unable to turn back, or swap forms. Also, on that note, while he can't use much life energy, he's quite skilled in using his forms. So while he's technically a Lancer, as far as fighting ability, he's more on par with a high-end knight.

Appearance:


If anyone could get away with doing so, they would call Jack a pretty boy. He has long flowing dirty blond hair and soft sky blue eyes that draw people in (even if he wasn’t using his powers). He is just over six feet tall and weighs just under 200 pounds, most of this being athletic muscle. He has a tattoo of a pair of black angel wings on his left shoulder blade as well, this being a defining feature of his.

Jack has a weird taste in fashion, choosing either lighter colors (white, light grey, light blue) or black. Even with the odd dichotomy in his color choices, Jack still has an impeccable taste in fashion. He is always dressed for the occasion and in fact is usually slightly overdressed, not that it’s ever a problem to be that way.

Personality:

It is hard to get a read on Jack’s true personality because he molds his interactions with each new person he meets with the read he gets from their mind. However, there are a few traits that can be seen through close analysis. Firstly, he is incredibly manipulative, his psychic abilities giving him a mostly insurmountable edge in this arena. Also he has a god complex that is slowly robbing Jack of his sanity. With his developed powers and abilities, and the belief that he is somehow special, he believes that he can be the most powerful being on the planet someday. Lastly, he is incredibly detached from the concerns that trouble most people. Ordinary people are nothing but ants to him.

Jack represents incredible, limitless potential without the restraining forces in place to keep it in check. He is basically the embodiment of chaos.

Abilities: Jack's main two offensive abilities are pyrokinesis and telekinesis. Combining the ability to summon fire at will with a psychic user is truly a sight to behold. However Jack manages to avoid most fights through clever usage of his other PSI abilities. It is almost too easy for him to worm into someone's mind and extract their deepest secrets, their deepest fears, their darkest ambitions. From there he knows just the right buttons to push in order to make that person bend to his will.

Jack's other abilities include teleportation, the ability to enhance his strength and speed for a short time (he doesn't like to use this ability because it takes up too much of his focus), the ability to make people see any illusion he wishes or believe any lie he tells. He loves using mind control just a little too much, to the point where he uses it outside combat at times just for his own personal amusement. Finally he has the ability to bring into being most objects smaller than himself.

Weapons:

Jack doesn't feel the need to use weapons, preferring to use the weaker minds of his opponents as his weapon. Also, should the need arise, he can easily materialize weapons or use nearby objects as impromptu weapons.

Techniques:

Jack doesn't have many specific techniques because he tailors every fight to what he sees after breaking into his opponent's mind. However he has an affinity for lighting things on fire with pyrokinesis then flinging them at opponents with telekinesis, effectively having the ability to have high explosives at any time no matter where he is.

Limit Break:

Shadow Storm: Jack embraces his inner demon and lets all controls on his abilities go. He is then surrounded by a dark black aura, his hair goes from dirty blond to jet black and his eyes turn from sky blue to black, red and orange. In this form, Jack has the ability to shatter all but the strongest minds. However, every time he shatters a mind, he loses just a little more of his fragile grip on sanity.

Past:

For as long as Jack could remember, he knew he was special. He grew up in Neo Vegas on the West Continent and from an early age he learned how to use (and really if we’re being honest abuse) his incredible PSI abilities. His parents had no idea what to do about his crimes, not that this mattered to Jack. He had no interest in staying with them anyways. By the time he was twelve, Jack was living on his own in a highrise in the bright lights of the center of Neo Vegas. He amassed a small fortune using his various mind tricks to hustle and cheat other gamblers out of their money. And if anyone on casino staff noticed, Jack simply played with their minds as if they were silly putty.

As Jack grew older, this life bored him. As he had already gathered more than enough money to last him for the next thirty years, he decided to travel the world. This was when his god complex began to take hold of him, pushing him towards making his abilities more powerful. He travelled the world, seeking ways to push his abilities further than anyone else thought possible.

This led to Jack joining the Slayers. He realized that the best way to hone his abilities would be to break the minds of the world’s strongest fighters and see what made them tick. To do this, he needed to have the authority to do so, otherwise he’d have the authorities onto him before he was ready. With his abilities and his chameleon like sense of making people think he was likable, it was easy for him to join the squad.
