"Anyways if we are thinking of escaping just knowing the prison won't be enough." Sakura nodded her head while looking down at her plate.
"That's why you said it was good that there are some of our enemies here?" Klay asked and looked at Sakura. "But we need to get the seals removed."
"So the Slayers are here huh." Klay raised his head slightly before turning to look at the man approaching them, it was Barrage, he seemed to had recover from his wounds though he still had most of his chest bandaged. "Didn't expect to see you guys here so soon." he greeted before sitting down on the table.
Stephanie said nothing to no one, eating her food and staring into space, it seemed like she wasn't there anymore, almost as if she lost the will to live, a shell of her former self, Stephanie knew this wasn't her, she wasn't the type to give up so easily, her battles with the Queen of the Bugs and the Prince proved that, she would keep fighting on. Yet being in prison just made her seem to be extra quiet, almost on the brink of insanity while Kate haunted the back of her mind. She was sure the prison somehow changed her more in three days, she couldn't describe it or even understand why it had done this to her, when it hadn't been very long.
She finished her plate and sat there, staring at the empty plate, a image in her head playing, of the day her and Kate met, they both knew it was love soon as they met.
Brine looked up at Barrage and smiled widely, "Hey long time no see, that shadow thing has really been fun. So since our last meeting what've you been doing, I mean like in here, we kinda need insight on what goes on, and also about these." Brine rolled his sleeve up and showed the seal.
Stephanie looked up when she heard Barrage. "Really? And how do we do that? Because I am just about ready to set fire to everything, if I could. I need to get out of here soon.. Someone's waiting for me" Stephanie replied, wanting to know the answer so much.
"It's not something that you can do right now." Barrage nodded his head and sighed. "I heard there's a method that can break through the seals but I don't know very well about what it is." Barrage explained and crossed his arms.
"Yeah but then you'll die by blood loss." Klay pointed out to Mark. "Besides, even if you do cut off your limb the seal will just relocate, magic seals are not that simple."
"I settle for death over this hellhole, who would want to spent eternity here, or even sane enough do so" Stephanie muttered, her hopes had gone up but dashed again, she wished she could get out right now. She looked back at her plate and just stared ahead.
"Yes Jack, yes that will stop you, after all you're not the most physically strong person," Brine said before turning to Barrage, "I swear if it's something cliche like love I'm gonna..."
Jeremy cut off Brine, "So, Barrage was it, who's the person who can help us rid our skin of these blemishes?"
"Ya know you've been lobked up with us this long and now you choose to tell us? I've been in here for years. Maybe a year and a half. Seriously though. I just want this thing gone." Dragoon told Barrage.
Dragoon pulled off his hoodie to reveal his own mark, and six pack. It was rather large and wrapped around his right shoulder.
"Without this I could just blink right out of here. I mention my skill is magic teleportation? Sorry to add this but I can only teleport myself, and a couple of my belongings, so if I get rid of my mark its not a get out of jail free card."
"It's not like it's easy to reach." Barrage pointed out. "There's a prisoner in the floor above us that is kept in a special cell because he can remove the seal while even having it printed on him." he stated and nodded his head. "His power is precisely that, seal immunity and even Tartaros counts."
"So the problem is reaching the next level with the beasts surrounding the elevator." Sakura nodded her head. "Because we'll have to deal with them as normal humans."
"So we need to free the guy and make him get rid of our seals..." Evan said, putting his Tray down next to Klay. "What if...Perhaps we could start a riot as a distraction?"
"No with skill user guards they could put it down easily, we need multiple things, a riot, plus anything else we can use from the kitchen, our cells, and any other place," sad Brine.
Jeremy piped up, "I was tasked to protect you and until I get back home or wherever the queen is I'm still tasked to do just that. I say we start a riot and I'll fake an escape attempt, I've been trained to fight skill users of every kind without having to use my powers, I'd say I could last about 20 minutes on my own against the guards while you guys sneak out."
