"I'm thinking tonight at dinner." Jack said quietly. "Jeremy... towards the end of dinner... I'll send you a signal of some sort once everyone is ready... at that point you'll do something to start that riot." He grinned. "And then we'll be off."
Jakku stumbled into the cafiteria finally, blinking bleakly.
He rubbed his eyes, which were now stained yellow, and sat down alongside the others.
"Hello.
He said shortly, and punched a prisoner in the face, taking his tray in a single movement.
"Well, we better do it soon before I succumb to insanity, bitterness and even becoming a sociopath" Stephanie responded. "Or you are out of luck if I am down, dinner seems a bit too long but I might able to hold out" Stephanie added, resisting the urge to add some sarcastic remark twisted with bitterness and hate, the prison really did a number on her.
Jakku chewed into a piece of ham and bread thoughtfully.
He stopped to cough another shimmer of yellow smoke.
"Dinner seems like adequate time. If we must escape with no power, we require weapons.
He stated.
"Seems like a very good plan." Klay nodded his head.
"Hey, I can get us transportation just as quickly." Sakura deadpanned at Dragoon. "You're not even part of the team."
"I can help with the riot." Luke raised his hand. "With my power even if prisoners are knocked back I can get them back up in no time." He then shifted to Klay once more, who seemed to be staring at the roof now.
"Then it's off to the Corps Guard's base but...where would we go." he said and stared at the table.
"I know someone that can get us there." Barrage reassured. "And he's in this prison just like us."
"Now there." Klay said and grabbed Dragoon by the collar. "We're still getting you out and we still need your help." Klay nodded his head. "It's just well Sakura's an expert when it comes to PSI and teleportation." he pointed out. "I'm sure you can help with something else."
"Seriously it's like no one ever recognizes me." Sakura frowned and leaned back.
"Perhaps next time you shouldn't call the architect of the plan a sociopath." Jack said dryly. "Then maybe he won't ignore you for someone else who isn't blatantly insulting him."
"But everyone does it." Sakura pouted. "The only one you get mad at is me."
"Can you guys stop fighting." Klay sighed and pocketed his hands. "If it helps anyone feel any better we're not exactly sane to begin with." he rubbed his neck before looking around at the guards. "Hey Jack, the warden has Tye's weapons so I assume the guy would want to score a couple of hits on the warden before we leave."
Jack shook his head. "Because I actually care what you think. You know I don't give a shit about Brine and Jeremy's opinions." Jack said quietly to Sakura before addressing Klay's question. "Fine by me." He laughed. "At that point we'll almost be out of here so if he wants to hang back and slap him around a bit he can do that."
"And then we're going to save Serah and Shimo." he nodded his head with determination and then stared at the table once more.
"Oh I know where we can go if we get out." Sakura raised her hand. "Star City,"
"The place is Black Shadow territory." Klay deadpanned and shook his head in disapproval.
"Not anymore, after the Rebellion appeared it took over Black Shadow's place in the city, well, half of it...the half we didn't mess up." Sakura shrugged. "Point is that if Schwarz is really the leader of the Rebellion then he might be in Star City."
"And this reminds me that the rest of the guys don't know who Schwarz is." Klay said and then looked at each of the Slayers sitting around the table bar Jakku, Tye and Ellen.
"Well Schwarz used to be a part of Black Shadow, he was one of their Disciples and was one of the closest as the True Warrior's sucessor." Klay nodded his head and began scratching his chin in thought. "After a while though he quite Black Shadow and decided to help us out by giving us information about them and supporting us and fighting with us."
"But after our failed attempt at Star City Schwarz decided to go on his own so that he could gather more info for us, he never came back though." Klay nodded his head and crossed his arms, he seemed to be a bit lost in all of the memories that were coming back to him though. "He's really strong and he's got an information network that's one of the best."
"Sounds good to me...I'm gonna do a little more than rough him up" Tye smirked, probably in the evilest way he ever has. Death laughed, Control yourself, you know you won't kill him Tye responded in a thought, You know me too well... he chuckled.
'We all going crazy now. Awesome!' Mark double fist pumped.
"Well see you all at dinner. Makes sure to bring your appetite. For tonight we dine in hell! and it works on so many levels." Dragoon said happy with his joke.
"That's not all Schwarz has done," Ellen said, but she instantly threw her hand over her mouth. She hoped that she hadn't given away any information Schwarz had been trying to keep secret. Trying to act calmly, she pretended like she had a cough. "Yeah, he *cough* could control shadows and stuff," Ellen said, though she knew her cover was just about as convincing as out right saying that she had seen Schwarz when she left the Slayers.
"He just... helped me out when I needed it when I was gone from the Slayers," Ellen admitted, biting her lip. Schwarz had probably wanted that to stay a secret, and Ellen was afraid that she was betraying his loyalty and trust. Ellen owed everything to Schwarz, and she would never be able to forgive herself if she caused him damage.
"This seal-remover guy, what does he look like?" Ellen asked to Jack. She wanted to make sure that she would be able to identify him, in the event that she got separated from the rest of the Slayers. Subconsciously, Ellen was also trying to change the topic from Schwarz.
