Sakura jumped forward before creating a cube of PSI above her. She jumped over the cube before holding her right hand up and materializing a rotating disk, which she threw towards the water tower.
Ellen quickly turned around, seeing that her plan had been ruined. She jumped off of a jutting air cooling system and threw her first electric ball at Sakura.
"Good but not enough," Sakura held her hand forward, creating a barrier that blocked Ellen's attack. Her body suddenly vanished before appearing behind Ellen and jumping aside as a chain materialized on her hand. The chain started to move by itself and began to jet towards Ellen.
The chain smacked Ellen across the arm before Ellen could repulse it. Ellen then threw her other electric ball towards the water tower, which wasn't even close to Sakura. Ellen pulled out another lightbulb and drained it, this time enhancing her speed.
Sakura turned around as the ball smacked her on the face, causing her to cough a little bit of blood as she saw the magnet ball fly back towards Ellen.
Ellen rushed to Sakura, completely forgetting about the battle. "Are you okay?" she asked her worriedly. Her electro-nades, she dubbed them, had never hit anybody square on in the face.
"You should pay more attention," Sakura grinned as she suddenly vanished. However as this happened Ellen's body became surrounded by silver colored chains and the space around her had warped. After the space had completely returned she was standing back where she was a few seconds ago after Sakura's chain wrapped around her arm. The real Sakura stood behind her with her sight overlooking Ellen. "I'm a Psychokinetic with an expertise in illusions," she explained as she put the scythe closer to Ellen.
Ellen couldn't believe she fell for that. Now she was trapped in chains with a scythe nearing her, she was afraid she would actually get hurt. Thinking quickly, Ellen zapped the chain, which burned her arm a little, but still was electrified. She flipped herself over using the chain as leverage and faced Sakura. Ellen accidentally let her bag drop to the ground. Ellen tugged on the chain, but it wouldn't budge.
"Not quite," Ellen smiled. When she had dropped her backpack, she pulled out another battery and put her electro-nade into the pocket. Ellen absorbed the batteries electricity, and created an arc onto her backpack, shocking the electro-nade and igniting it, creating the intended explosion effect underneath Sakura.
"Ha!" Sakura yelled as she was sent flying back due to the explosion. She turned her scythe around, changing the color of the blade from silver to white and black as well as making the scythe longer. "I guess you've got more fighting spirit than I gave you credit for," Sakura grinned while adjusting her glasses.
When Sakura was blown back, Ellen levitated off the ground with the chain following her. "You have no idea," Ellen yelled at Sakura. Ellen swung the chain around, continually zapping it. Using her electrically charged speed drain, she levitated to the water tower and floated several feet off the ground.
Sakura jumped out of the way from the chains without putting her eyes away from her goal. She jumped into the air and held the scythe forward. "Let's see how you deal with this!" the blade of the scythe became surrounded with green energy as Sakura proceeded to thrust the scythe down on the water tower.
Sakura slashed down at Ellen with her scythe as she saw her putting the chains inside of the tower. As Ellen did this a gleam could be seen in Sakura's eyes as the chains disappeared. "You can control them but the fact that they can be created and erased by me still stands."
Ellen quickly jumped to the side, avoiding the scythe but just barely. Ellen felt stupid that she was relying on another person's weapon that was still technically being used by Sakura. Ellen flew underneath the water tower and magnetically pulled the bottom out, forcing what was left of the water to fall onto the ground.
