"I'd like to see you fight."
Jakku smiled, teeth showing.
Shimo stepped to the edge of the stands, and watched. Good luck. Whoever you are.
She murmured to Slit.
"You should try to let people know when you're kidding," Sakura chuckled at Shimo. "Just a thought."
"It doesn't matter," Slit stood up from his seat and began to walk towards the arena. "It's time for me to show what I've got anyways," he got onto the battlefield and looked towards Kabane making a katana appear in front of his left hand before pointing at Kabane with it. "En guard."
"Oh you're a little copycat aren't you," Kabane grinned mischiviously before biting his finger lightly "I guess I'll just have to show you what a real master of swords does." Slit charged towards Kabane before thrusting the katana down on him.
However before the katana could strike it was blocked by yet another sword, a sword-like shield to be exact. "What?" Slit gasped before Kabane threw his right hand forward causing Slit to jump away as three swords were fired at him. Slit materialized a pair of guns and began to shoot at the swords. "He can create and control them without holding them, his ability is like Kaito's but with swords.'
"Let's turn this up a notch," Kabane waved his right hand around and suddenly Slit was surrounded by a powerful tornado of dust.
"What's this?" Slit looked around inpatiently before he glared at Kabane through the dust. However, some of the dust began to get onto Slit's eyes and body making him cover himself.
"Can't see, I know the feeling," Kabane snickered. "This dust magic is what will defeat you," he clicked his fingers, making the dust fall on top of Slit and as soon as it finished hitting the ground swords came out through Slit's legs and arms making him scream.
"He can use dust to create his swords," Klay gritted his teeth.
Slit coughed before he looked towards Kabane, the swords turning into dust once more. "Is that all you can give me," he grinned, his hairs spiking up and his eyes becoming shot. "Don't make me laugh!" he created a bazzoka in front of him before firing a large missile at Kabane who cut the missile in half by launching a sword at it; creating an explosion.
Slit used PSI to increase his speed and agility allowing him to get behind Kabane as he thrust his left blade forward before being blocked by Kabane's own sword. The two weapon users kept exchanging blows, breaking each other swords and blades and creating new ones faster than the speed of light. "I can barely keep track of them."
"Really because that Kabane guy is going easy," Schwarz pointed out boredly.
"You know this is fun and all but you missed one little thing," Kabane grinned before side stepping and sliding around Slit. "Your whole body is covered with dust this whole stadium is covered in dust as well." He lifted his arms causing the sand on the floor to shift and turn into a field of swords that surrounded the field. Slit gritted his teeth, the wounds from the last strike were starting to take effect and it was obvious that Kabane's magic was more advanced than his PSI. "I'm a Sage ranked Mage you really thought you could beat me?" he smirked before stretching his arms out. Suddenly a giant sword materialized behind him the sword being about three times as large as Kabane and he kept it floating by holding his hand closed to it. "I bet you can't do something of this magnitude."
"I could try," Slit gritted his teeth in frustration before charging forward. "I'm a part of the Slayers as well I will do whatever I can to carry my own weight!" Slit slammed his foot down on the ground before he vanished.
"Where did he go?" Kabane muttered as he looked around. He couldn't feel Slit's presence at all as if he had become invisible. Suddenly Kabane saw a long blade ring come around Kabane's neck as Slit stood behind him. "Oh?"
"I'll give up if I were you," Slit hissed. "I don't need to kill you to hurt you with this you know."
"Oh why do you forget," Kabane smiled. Suddenly swords popped out from the space in behind Kabane and in front of Slit the sword shooting into Slit's chest and causing him to cough up blood.
"Slit!" Sakura yelled ignoring the subsequent gasps in shock and horror of the crowd as Slit fell into the valley of blades, which were withdrawn by Kabane just in time.
"Is he...he can't be..."
"Guh...jre..urgh," Slit groaned as he rolled around on the floor a pool of blood under him as he tried to lift himself. "I can't...lose...I have to carry my weight," he muttered as he lifted his body up with PSI.
"There's a difference, they don't give a damn," Schwarz shook his head.
"Don't discard me so easily," Slit smirked before leaped forward. Suddenly various after images were created from him, all of them running together towards Kabane who fired swords to try and get the real Slit. One of the Slits was able to break the cover and swung his sword down making Kabane fire a sword at him. However, the Slit disappeared and went through Kabane causing him to gasp.
"What did you?" Kabane gritted his teeth as various swords flew straight through Slit's now transparent body.
"A Hunter doesn't rely only on power or tactics or abilities stealth and the ability to strike at the right moment are great too," he said with a grin before his body began to vanish once more. "That's my power," as he said this a sword cut down through Kabane's right arm, making him gasp as the arm flew into the air and hit the arena. "That's the true ability of my PSI which allows me to achieve the highest level of stealth."
"Idiot." the hole in Kabane's arm began to regrow once more as an armored arm was swiftly created from the dust around him. "You really think I cared about one measly arm?" he grabbed a hold of the dismembered arm by the and and clenched it; making the bones on the wrist crack. "I can just get it reattached or healed later anyways. Rather what I should point out is the fact that you missed not one but two chances to finish me off!" Kabane announced.
"And don't give me some cheap crap like it's against the rules and you'll be branded Rogue how the hell do you expect to beat Black Shadow then...hell that goes for this whole damn association or whatever!" he yelled before turning towards the booth where the Triad was then looking back at Slit. "You say you want to carry your Guild's weight, well know this just fighting and winning a competition isn't enough, you carry the weight when you're willing to take it and do everything in your power to help your Guild even kill and break the rules."
"We of Majin are different, sadistic maybe but it's because we know that to protect our members and the people we live to protect we have to break past the rules and do things that people wouldn't consider honorable." Slit held his swords froward. "I gave you two chances to kill me and you didn't take them, you've already lost and you know that, that last attack took a toll on you."
"....damn you," Slit muttered before falling to the floor.
"Get a stretcher for him quickly!" Sandy announced.
OOC: The Slayers started fighting against Majin and Slit is fighting against one of their members.
"Rogue! Rogue!" Ellen shouted, veins popping out in her forehead. "Why is this allowed? You tell us not to kill anybody, yet Majin can stab him through the chest and make him almost bleed to death?!" Ellen screamed. The bracelet was pulsing like it had when she was on Mock Olympus.
"They didn't kill him," Schwarz shook his head. "Slit got wounded that's allowed as long as he didn't end up dying it would be okay," he explained. "Basic rules if we're talking about that then Slit cutting Kabane's arm off will be put in the same case."
"We'll take it from here his wounds are too deep for a basic healing spell to work," the paramedics said before they lifted Slit and put him on the stretcher.
"Thanks Evan," Sakura stated as she looked over to Evan.
