Okay I'm way over the average. I'm between 6 and 6'1"
So yeah.
I am not really sure if I am going to get any taller...
I think meat and dairy would be more effective
Cuz calcium and proteins and fats and stuff
I love milk, so I think I'm okay in that department.
And cereal, so the bits that aren't used for growth/dissimilation can reach the loo smoothly~
Edit: you still need to eat plantstuffs for vitamins etc though
