Despite it being the last day of break, I feel OK.
4-3 is the score!

Why are you taking score, Zexy? You should be seeing how you can improve Markos' day.

... I don't know what to say in this situation. Sure, it was really nice of you to say that and being thoughtful and all that, but I don't think there is much that Zexy can do. That's how I see it, at least.

You are right, that would make it 5-2 :)
... improving Markos' day, you said? Well, I know pretty well that I can't do much, I am just talking with him and stuff.
EDIT: See? Ninja'd.

The end of breaks really do suck. :/

Well. I guess all I can really do is hope the rest of your day goes well. ^^

Serious question.

Would anyone find it beneficial if I or another staff member made a blog about the common trip ups in the applications? We aren't gonna give away answers, but more like, just very general tips and pointers.

It would be beneficial if the drive didn't end. XD

You should post it anyway, though. It could help someone next year.

Thanks Zeems, it means a lot to me. ^_^

I thought that already existed. If it doesn't though, go for it.

Sounds a good idea, although I did not even apply, so I might not be the best one to answer the question.

What I meant is that so people can know where they tripped up in their answers and such.

It's done before, but I think it might be useful. I'll probably do it once we've announced mods.

Ohh. That makes much more sense.

I see no harm in making a blog like that. I'd read it. XD

Common trip up: starting to post a lot more when eyeing a promotion is incredibly obvious and just makes you look like a suck-up, and has a good chance to achieve the opposite effect of what you wanted.

I can see people get annoyed by it though, personally I wouldn't care but I wouldn't be surprised if people did.

Also 2-0 Chelsea. Woooo.

I never burn.

In random news, a guy bought me a drink last night and he says it is for being tall and sexy.

Finally my height will get me places even though with heels I would be between 6'1" and 6'2" I think.

I'm going to measure me height in cm, so I shall not burn.

Edit: I posted blog, it is not 'Ode to Bucket' though.

I actually don't think giving tips about what you should and shouldn't say in an app is a good thing. You want people to say what comes naturally, not train them to say the right thing. If everyone learns what the 'right' answers are in an app, the concept of writing one out at all becomes kinda pointless because it's not really their words anymore, if you get what I mean. Just my opinion...personally, I'd rather just write it out honestly and if no one likes it, that's tough luck for me. At least it's not contrived in any way.

I agree with this, what I really meant was the general habit of how people answer.

The big ones are not giving fully developed answers, and actually taking time to do the app (it's crystal clear when someone has rushed it). I don't intend on telling people that they should mention this or that, that would completely defeat the point of the application.

Basically stuff you should taught in school as if you were sitting an exam.
