@Pikochu: You could always cook several portions of something in one go and eat it throughout the week. I do this with miso soup for breakfast because I've not got time in the mornings to do anything but reheat food I've already made. I make like four days' worth at a time. Same with lunch/dinner type meals: I'll make one thing that's enough for maybe four portions so if I don't have time to cook I can just reheat a meal, and it's not rubbish fast food. ^^
