Bulbapedia Layout Issues

At least for me, how Bulbapedia pages appear has significantly changed. I cannot see anything on the tops or sides of pages, including the search bar, article/talk/history headers, and even the function to log in/out. Furthermore, every page will autoplay one of a few Sword/Shield gameplay videos by some streamer I've never heard of, and these videos annoyingly scroll with the screen, blocking content. Has this change happened for anyone else, and why did this happen?

And my sincerest apologies in advance if I inadvertently violated a forums rule in this post. This is my first time using the forums.

Literally just came here to see if I wasn't alone. XD Yeah, the top and side bars are missing for me too.

Okay, it's fixed now at least on my end. Does anyone know what did happen though?
