But... potential scenery porn... Oh well, yeah I can see the un appealing nature of a bridge episode, though since they made a big deal about it in the games, it was bound too show up in the anime. I'll find out if I'm really into this episode after knowing more about its actual storyline.

Sky Arrow bridge, rises into the air, failing to breach the atmosphere and escape this desolate dirt ball we call 'Earth', doomed to float aimlessly in a never-ending universe, devoid of purpose or meaning. Life is pointless. Pokemon training is a futile endeavour, love and friendship are an illusion, created by the human mind in order to keep them ignorant of the truth, preventing them from teetering over the edge into a swirling torrent of sorrow and torment.

Or something like that, anyway.
I hope Gothitelle is suitably unusual, akin to Marley with a speech impediment perhaps. I liked the kids initial reactions to her, and thought it was a shame it didn't last too long. This might be a good chance to revisit that.

Also, Gardevoir would kill for her name to be in an episode title.

I don't see Gothitelle in anyone´s party either.I honestly don't see what the appeal of this episode could be aside from goth stuff and scenery porn.

I don't play the games, so the importance of Sky Arrow Bridge is lost on me.

However, Gothitelle appearing holds my interest. I agree with Pigg, though, it's incredibly creepy and I doubt anybody will catch it. Fully evolved Pokémon aren't typically caught by the main cast, anyways.

Sky Arrow Bridge is the first "spectacle" of the game basically, as it utilizes a cool camera rotation as you run up a spiraling bridge into the best looking city in a Pokemon game yet, Hiun City, so it's definitely a pretty notable location.

Gothitelle was on that promotional poster for Best Wishes, wasn't she? Along with Braviary, the starters, Alomomola, among others. I always took it to mean that those Pokemon would end up on the Team Twerp's rosters, before I knew any better.

I don't understand why people have to label this episode as a "bad thing." We're going to see the Sky Arrow Bridge in the anime. Is that not a good thing?!

We really can't conclude what the Gothitelle will do in this episode, but that will make discussing this episode all the more sweeter.

- Or assist in the destruction.

Iris's Axew and Excadrill need to be more developed before she catches another Pokémon in my opinion. However, I think she should be the one to battle Gothitelle if it's harming the bridge/people on the bridge so we can at least say she did something.

Man, I just hope that this episode makes the Bridge as beautiful as it was in the games. That was one of my favorite areas in the game, and I just like to revisit that area from time to time. As for the goth thing. I'll wait and see how that plays out.
