If so, know that we do have a topic for that.
Please, start reading the threads that are already in the forum. Most stuff is already solved or has support. If you're in any doubt as to where they are, contact any of the moderators here.
Well, not really... a tutor has more of a teaching role, whereas a beta reader is just an editor, checking for mistakes and problems. A tutor would be doing a little more than what an editor does.
