Vulpix is on Route 7 and 8 as well as in the Pokemon Mansion in Blue iirc. In Yellow you can get one in the Celadon City Casino I think.
 
nvm i found the answer on GameFAQs.

from what i´ve gained there is that:
JP Red & Green Is US Red & Blue (With Some Sprites And Other stuff from JP Blue)
JP Yellow Is US Yellow
and
JP Blue Has No US Equivalent
 
People are already well aware that our American Blue is actually just Green. We've known that forever now.

But I will admit that the "T C T R" was confusing. What page was that on?
 
k, tnx but is blue (US) the same as green (except of the language)?

US Blue is the same as Green yeah the Blue version of Japan was a sort of “remaster”.

I have both JP DSs and EU DSs I used virtual console blue got one in Pokemon Mansion.
