Can't figure out how rare this card is...

So I have (or had, can't find it) a Pokemon card. I've searched it up many times and have never came across the same one. The Pokemon card has a picture of Sunflora, but is a normal type card. The card describes it as a Meowth at the bottom, and it's one move is one that Meowth would use two. So basically the card should have a picture of a Meowth but instead is a Sunflora. Even more weird? The name on the card is "kimawari," which is japanese for Sunflore, and the hp says 6350! I've looked at it carefully and came to the conclusion that it wasn't fake, it was printed on actual Pokemon card paper (had that early 1996 style). So, just wondering, how rare would you consider this card (sorry if I dont have pictures, really trying to look for it right now)

I hate to be the one who says this but it sounds like a fake.

My reasoning:
*Sunflora has always been grass in the TCG, never once was it a normal type.
*The HP is unrealistic, the highest amount in the TCG as of now is over 200 hp for EX/GX cards.
*Cards should be in one language,if the font's in English and the name is Kimawari it seems off.

I hope this helps.
