i've finally built up the courage to actually do this, so uh yeah, like the title says, I've got some headcanons I wanna share with y'all, and feel free to request some character headcanons, I'd be glad to try and answer them to the best of my abilites.

here's some gothgfshipping ones I have for now:

1. Who spends almost all their money on the other?/Which one likes to surprise the other with a lot of small random gifts?

Gloria goes out of her way to spoil Marnie any chance she can get, enjoying showering her with gifts and affection. Marnie feels a little bad that she can’t do the same, but she’s trying her best to do so, still grateful for every single thing Gloria has given to her since they started dating.

2. Who sleeps in the other’s lap?

They like to alternate between each other, since both of them quite enjoy sleeping in each other’s laps. Gloria gives Marnie small head pats when she’s asleep, and sometimes plays with her hair when it’s let down, and Marnie likes to stroke Gloria’s hair gently, giving her an almost therapeutic feeling when she does so.

3. Which one tells the other not to stay up all night and which one stays up all night anyway?

Marnie is a night owl, often staying up until the early hours of the morning, then barely getting time to sleep through the morning due to her gym leader duties, so her sleep schedule is kinda fucked up at the moment. Gloria’s helping her to get better though.

4. Which one tries to make food for the other but burns it all by accident and which one tells them that it’s okay and makes them both something instead?

Gloria isn’t exactly the best at cooking, so Marnie normally takes over for her, but is still appreciative of the thought, always happy that Gloria is thinking of her. Marnie's favorite thing to make is sandwiches, all kinds with whatever they have available at the moment.

5. Which one constantly wears the other’s clothes?

Marnie without a doubt. She hates to admit it, but wearing some of Gloria’s clothes feels like she’s being hugged by her when she isn’t there, and it makes her feel ridiculously happy, and she gets a kind of fuzzy feeling inside. Gloria feels the same way, but not to Marnie's level of joy. (but can you really blame her)

6. Which one drives the car and which one gives them directions?

Marnie is the driver of the two, as trusting Gloria to control any vehicle is a dangerous gamble every time. (She was forced to learn this the hard way) To be honest, Marnie’s sense of direction is on par with her driving skills, so Gloria is basically the embodiment of having your younger child in the passenger seat with you. (aka, literally distracts you in the cutest ways possible while you’re trying not to crash into a wall because of it.)

7. Which one gives the other their jacket in the cold?

It’s a tie honestly. They’d both rather freeze their asses off if it meant the other was warm.

8. Who’s the first one to admit they have feelings for the other?

Gloria was the first, since Marnie wanted to so desperately but could never bring herself to do so for some reason. Although, Gloria kind of just blurted it out really quickly mid conversation when they were out together once, because she didn’t really know how to seamlessly work it into the conversation.

9. Who’s better at taking care of children?
In terms of strengths, Gloria’s rough enough to handle the more wild and hyperactive children, perfectly matching their energy the whole way through to keep them entertained. Marnie can take care of the shyer, more reserved kids that might not be able to keep up with Gloria’s practically limitless enthusiasm; after all, she was a shy and reserved kid once. She does have one small problem of basically being unable to say no to them, shy or not, accidentally letting them cause more trouble than intended.

10. Who takes a selfie when the other one falls asleep on their shoulder?

Gloria definitely. She take any chance she gets to do it, as she believes Marnie looks adorable in every shot, even when she's alseep. Marnie has done it to her on a few rare occasions herself, when it’s just too cute not to.

Before I move on to some new requests, I thought I'd share some elsea headcanons I have:

1. How do they feel about people shorter/taller than them?

She’s taller than most people, so she doesn’t really mind height differences. She still loves Skyla and anyone else all the same, no matter their height. (She will sometimes tease Skyla about it for fun every once and a while )

2. What are they like on social media? (What’s their username, profile pic, etc.)

Due to being such a popular model, her social media is quite active, whether it be sending pictures from work, or at home or in her free time with Skyla and her kids. (Username - @NimbasaElesa, Profile Picture (current) - Her and Skyla at the beach)

3. Their sexuality?

Lesbian/Asexual!

4. Preferred weather?

Thunderstorms feel like a given, but she simply just enjoys the rain in general. It's nice and calming amidst the chaos that she finds herself enveloped in sometimes.

5. What’s their sleeping schedule?

Due to modeling being such busy work, her sleep schedule can range from normal to wildly inconsistent; she often finds herself falling asleep in the middle of the day because of it. (When she gets time off, she will use at least half of it to sleep in)

6. Favorite music?

Elesa's a big fan of pop music and anything upbeat, listening to it daily due to her modeling career influencing it somewhat.

7. How's their cooking?

Elesa is the main cook of the kitchen, able to make a variety of dishes to enjoy. She tries to learn new recipes when she can for something new every meal.

8. It’s movie night, what movie do they pick?

She can’t make movie decisions to save her life, so she normally leaves that to Skyla or one of the kids. She does enjoy feel-good and romance movies though, watching the latter alone with Skyla since the kids aren't exactly interested in that type of movie anyway.

9. How would they hold up in a pillow war?

She has a swing harder than you’d expect, but once her arms get tired, she’s basically out from there.

10. What’s their sleeping position?

She’s the big spoon when sleeping with Skyla, but alone she’ll normally hug a pillow on her side. When she’s too tired to even think about sleeping a certain way, she’ll crash onto whatever she wants to sleep on in a position that looks like she fell down a flight of stairs.

11. Who do they go to for comfort?

She’s found it a little hard to talk to her parents about certain issues; it took her a while, much longer than she wanted to, to come out to them, months after she had already done so. Skyla is basically a replacement for them, where she feels a lot more open to express things towards her. (And a certain pair of brothers)

12. Something small that they enjoy?
She thoroughly enjoys the small, silent exchanges she can share with Skyla on occasion. Nothing over-the-top, but something like a warm hug, or feeling Skyla nestle a little closer to her in bed makes her really happy inside.

13. How do they feel about physical contact by others?

She is gladly open to physical contact from her friends and family, whether it be a hug, a kiss (the latter mostly in Skyla’s case), etc. But she has to show a little restraint when it comes to her fans (Actually, it’s moreso they need to show more restraint). She’ll do smaller gestures like handshakes and fist bumps towards them, but nothing too big. (unless it's from young children, she kinda drops her whole defenses there. Like, how can you say no to a four year old who wants a small hug from their biggest fan???)

14. What is enough to bring them to tears?
Elesa can actually be pretty emotional at times, despite her usual stoic personality. She breaks down at the smallest of emotional scenes in TV shows and movies, normally happy tears, but there are some sad ones too. She usually hugs Skyla for a bit to calm down after the fact.

15. Biggest pet peeve?

She hates when people touch her without permission. She considers her body personal space like many others, and if some rando on the street happens to notice her and decides to wrap their hand around her neck or something like that, she will become internally furious, but tries to maintain her composure through it all, gently explaining why she doesn’t like to be touched in a way like that. Children are an exception, as they don’t know better, and Elesa is a lot more tolerant towards that kind of thing. She also hates when people try to flirt or sexually harass her, although she has stated that she both has a girlfriend and that she’s asexual. (Basically her reaction to this kind of thing would be the internal rage if it spilled out)

16. Biggest pet peeve?

She can take care of herself perfectly well, without very many issues.

…Except when she's sick.

…Or when she gets too overwhelmed.

17. Do they consider others family?

Ingo and Emmet are such good friends with Elesa, she considers them basically part of her family! She knows she can count on either of them for anything no matter what.

18. Any bad habits that they have?

She’s tried her best to resist, but she has a bad habit of being unable to keep up with more than one task at once due to biting off more than she can chew sometimes, often getting easily overwhelmed because of it.

19. What’s their idea of a perfect vacation?

Virtually anywhere, as long as she gets to spend time with her family. She can’t really vacation alone without feeling somewhat uncomfortable, or without anyone to protect her from anyone who might notice her.

20. Do they get lost easily? Will they ask for directions if they are?

She has a pretty good sense of direction, rarely ever getting lost in her life. If she were to get lost, however, she'd find the nearest person to ask for directions as soon as possible.

21. The strangest thing they have ever seen?
Pretty much anything her two younger daughters get up to. It's honestly fascinating sometimes.

22. How well do they accept advice?

She’s happy to take advice from anyone, as long as it’s somewhat useful. (One exception is when Eva was around five, and gave her advice to eat dirt for a darker tan; can you really turn down that-)

23. How much do they swear?

She tries not to swear too much, only really doing it when she’s really really mad, or in an argument where it may slips out. Around friends it’s fine for her, but she tries to keep it to a minimum around her children, as not to start any bad habits.

24. Do they like being in pictures?

To an extent, she’s fine being in pictures, but she prefers if you ask for permission before doing so. If you try to get pushy or force her to, she will ask you to leave in the nicest way she can without losing her shit.

25. Is there anything they’re bad at?

As previously mentioned, she often takes a little more than she can handle on her own, making it easy for her to become overwhelmed. She’s working on trying to say no to things more often, but it's a bit of a struggle sometimes.

26. What’s their morning schedule?

Normally she wakes up at around 5-5:30 in the morning, being as careful as possible not to wake Skyla or the kids, before heading downstairs to prepare breakfast. After that, she’ll head to the bathroom to shower and do her hair somewhat, then change into her standard attire before finally leaving her house.

27. Any past injuries?

The only injury she could remember was an accidental twisted ankle when she was around six. As for how she twisted it, she couldn’t remember.

28. Something that disgusts them?

She can’t stomach gory things very well, with slight nausea at the sight of heavy gore and blood.

1) Favorite time of year?

Lisia's favorite is Autumn, and Brendan prefers Summer because he isn't exactly a fan of the cold.

2) Favorite book?

Brendan doesn't read much, but he slips glances at Lisia's manga collection either when she's reading it, or he picks one out to read himself on occasion.

3) Favorite type of landscape?

Brendan likes anywhere that's open and free for him to explore with his Pokemon, while Lisia is more of a fan of small secluded spaces tucked away in the deepest parts of nature, hiding beautiful untouched wonders.

4) Favorite way to waste time?

Lisia likes to listen to her favorite music or practice her dancing, and Brendan likes to watch, or just play video games by himself or with Lisia, the latter being a rarer case as she isn't very good at many, but Brendan is helping her learn.

5) Favorite type of music?

Lisia loves to listen to J-Pop or Idol Pop, and while his girlfriend's music tastes have influenced him, Brendan's still a bigger fan of upbeat genres like rock.

1. "who sleeps/sits in the middle? do they switch?"

They all rotate every once in a while as they all love being in the middle, but instant priority goes to whoever’s feeling down, and will get showered in hugs and cuddles until they feel better. (Iono tried to act sad in the past to get in the middle for free, but she’s kind of bad at lying, sooo that “ploy” was shut down quickly. It is possible to know when she's seriously feeling wrong, due to her expressive nature.)

2. "what does the bed situation look like?”

Rika is basically a human heater, making cuddle sessions absolute heaven, especially in the winter. Wherever she is on the bed, she’ll always be wrapped in a blanket like a cocoon, unless there’s a rare exception that she’s too hot, in which she’ll just lie there without one. Grusha is the middle ground, not really caring where or how she sleeps, just as long as he gets it. Iono is the certified pillow thief™, and makes herself a little space with her plushies to sleep. (Grusha and Rika take some for themselves once she passes out though)

3. "who fights more about stupid things and who ends up having to break up their childish arguments?"

Iono's normally the catalyst for dumb conversations, dumb conversations that actually make people think. In this, Rika often finds Grusha and Iono discussing things like how a hamburger could reach terminal velocity, which then dissolve into arguments about said topics, and Rika is conflicted on whether to break it up or keep listening. (Unless it breaks into actual physical fights, which are super rare, but can happen if one of them are in a bad mood.)

4. "which two got together first? or did they all start dating each other at once?"

Rika and Grusha were the first to start dating together, a little while after Juliana and Florian’s Treasure Hunt came to a close, but Rika had her eyes on both her and Iono for a while, too hesitant to really suggest the idea a polyamorous relationship. (Iono sparked that idea!)

5. "who do people usually think is the third wheel?"

Normally Grusha, since she never really spoke much in public, and that Iono would not shut up about being in a relationship with Rika on her channel, so the idea formed that Rika and Iono were in a relationship, and Grusha simply tagged along. After some explanation, that whole ordeal was soon cleaned up.

6. "who is the best cook? who’s the worst cook? and who is the middle ground?"

Rika is the best of the three, able to make a variety of foods for them to enjoy when she's in charge of the cooking. Her specialty is homemade Paldean tamales from a family recipe.

Grusha isn't too behind in calibur, mainly making smaller stuff though, like a plate of scrambled eggs or a basic sandwich, perfect for a small meal to enjoy at home when none of them feel like anything big.

Iono never really bothered to teach herself to cook, so the best thing you’ll probably get is some burnt toast or anything microwaveable ¯\(ツ)/¯

7. "who has been banned from choosing the movie because they have notoriously bad taste?"

None of them are banned or have bad taste per se, but if they have differing options of what movie to watch, they'll normally form a decider via rock-paper-scissors, or a coin toss. They've been experimenting with a movie choice rotation among themselves though.

8. "who’s the biggest drama queen?"

Iono, without a doubt. (And she would wear that title like a badge of honor)

9. "who’s the most responsible?"

You could say it's a close tie between Rika and Grusha, but it's most likely Rika. Iono can be responsible, but probably not to the levels of her significant others.

10. "who cannot be trusted at home alone?"

Iono. She's a little gremlin and she knows it.

11. "who has to drag their partner(s) out to be social?"

All of them have their antisocial episodes, so it's either one dragging the other two out, or two of them dragging the other out in a combined effort. If all three of them are feeling antisocial, then uh, oh well.

12. "who has to kill the spiders? and who refuses to even get near them?"

Rika is absolutely terrified of spiders. The fear itself is irrational in her case, and she has no idea why she's even scared of them in the first place, but she will not go anywhere near them, even tiny ones like Joltik. Grusha steps up and gets rid of them with a cup of paper, gladly helping her girlfriend in such a rare vulnerable state. Iono is impartial to them; when she sees one, she kind of just goes, “hey dude”, and just continues with whatever she's doing.

13. "who cries the most?"

I’ll get back to this one I swear.

14. "who ends up clinging to one or both of their partners in their sleep?"

They all do it. When Rika does it, she normally simply does it out of love. Grusha does it when she's feeling any form of negativity, neutralizing those feelings in a more positive way than just crying herself to sleep (but she still does it whenever because it just feels nice), and Iono does it sort of naturally without any rhyme or reason, but you can tell there is some heart to it.

15./16. "who’s the shortest?/who’s the tallest?"

Rika is the tallest, with a height of 6'2", Grusha is second tallest at 5'9", and Iono's the smol lil' baby at 5'6"

17. "who is the responsible adult at the grocery store?"

Rika. She makes the list every time they need to go shopping, she mans the cart (she sometimes lets Grusha take it, but never Iono. She still regrets the day she did.), and makes sure everything is in order shopping wise. But if there's a sale, or something she really, REALLY, wants, all hell breaks loose. she might run you over with a shopping cart if you aren't careful.

18. "who acts like a child every time they go shopping?"

Iono. She always, and I mean always, will jump in the cart, wanting to be pushed around. She's also on grocery collection duty by association. (She will try be sneaky on occasion and slip in sweets or the like, which is why Grusha is on grocery security duty).

19. "who is banished to the back seat while the other two talk in the front on road trips?"

Iono of course. (Rika calls it the “baby jail” of the car.) She is provided with entertainment however, purely by Rika and Grusha’s varied conversations. She isn't completely “banished” though; she still chimes in on conversations on occasion.

20. "who is forced to drive while the other two make out on the back seat on road trips?"

Ironically Iono. She's a bit annoyed that she doesn't get to join in, but someone has to drive, and since the two most responsible people in the relationship are too… busy, that leaves her with the job of driving. Granted, she isn’t exactly the greatest at driving either.

1) Favorite time of year?

Juliana and Nemona both enjoy summertime the most totally not because of summer vacation no never, Arven prefers Autumn because of the way nature changes in adaptation to the season, and the foods associated with it, which he attempts to make every year to better his culinary skills. Penny is impartial to any; she doesn’t overly love or hate any season, simply the true neutral of the group.

2) Favorite book genre?

Juliana is a big fan of anything fictional or fantasy related, Juliana loves to read romance novels or books with high action and battles, Arven reads a lot of non-fiction, mainly about different plants, spices, and other items needed for cooking, as well as cookbooks in general, and Penny reads her share of comics and manga.

3) Favorite type of landscape?

Juliana and Arven have a shared love for exploring vast areas deep within nature, like forests or jungles, but for different reasons, Arven’s being the fact that areas like these are often rich with cooking items, while Juliana just enjoys the rush of exploration in general. Nemona likes high mountainous areas; it’s a challenge to climb, and she will always enjoy taking it. Penny likes somewhere more relaxed, like the coast, to simply sit and watch the water calmly.

4) Favorite way to waste time?

Since they’re in a relationship, Juliana and Nemona like to “waste” time by spending time with each other by engaging in some domestic fluffy activity alone. Arven loves spending time with his partner Mabostiff for hours, and Penny spends a whole lot of time watching TV, playing video games, and mindlessly scrolling social media, and there’s nothing in the world that can deter her from doing so.

5) Favorite type of music?

Juliana = Latin American
Nemona = Salsa
Arven = Jazz
Penny = Breakcore, Lofi, Techno

Fun fact: Nemona and Arven have a bond together over a recent sudden shared love for opera music. Penny and Juliana don’t seem to understand why they like it so much though.

6) Hobbies?

Juliana didn’t have many hobbies, normally following Nemona in her hobbies. Besides battling, Nemona has tried her hand at The Arts, such as acting; however, she dropped it after a few months, and has been trying to find a hobby for both her and Juliana to enjoy. Arven’s obviously a cook, and can make a wide variety of goods for his friend group to enjoy when they’re all together. Penny has been doing art for quite a while as a small hobby, practicing artsyles based on the shows she watches commonly. She’s quite good according to her friends, but she’s too embarrassed to share them anywhere else, as she doesn’t quite think the same.

7) Their happiest memory?

Juliana’s and Nemona’s are similar, Juliana’s being the day she and Nemona got into a relationship, and for Nemona it was the day she and Juliana first met when Juliana moved to Paldea. Arven’s were any memory involving a time when he was younger, spending time with his parents — his real ones. Penny isn’t quite sure what her’s is yet. They all agree that becoming friends was a core memory for them as well ^^

8) Their biggest fear?

Juliana = Necrophobia
Nemona + Arven = Autophobia
Penny = Megalophobia, specifically within Pokemon

9) Their calming techniques?

It sounds cheesy, but Nemona and Juliana rely on each other to calm down, as they both think the other is soothing to be around. Juliana just likes to hug Nemona until she’s calmed down, while Nemona likes Juliana doing simple things like running fingers through her hair, or simply just being in the vicinity. Arven doesn’t really have anyone else to look to besides Juliana, Nemona and Penny, so he likes to calm down with Mabosstiff by his side, who does its best to make its trainer feel better by licking his face or lying down with him. Penny sadly is too nervous to ask anyone for help, so she just sits somewhere and closes her eyes and tells herself not to cry, letting the waves of whatever she’s dealing with to pass over, no matter how hard they hit.

10) How do they cope with nightmares?

Juliana doesn’t have many nightmares, so she doesn’t quite know how to react to them. She’s obviously scared, but she kind of just… freezes up until she feels like she can go back to sleep again. If Nemona is nearby, she normally asks her to help calm her down, that’s if she actually wakes up that is; believe it or not, Nemona is a surprisingly heavy sleeper. She can handle nightmares a little better than Juliana can, but sometimes also needs some help calming down if the nightmare in question is particularly scary for her. Arven is the worst of the group, constantly plagued by warped childhood memories, corrupted by the crushing despair that came when he found out about his real parent’s death. He’s tried to get rid of them, and he’s been mostly successful, but they still linger every so often. He kind of just sits there for a minute until he calms down, normally not sleeping very long after that. Penny isn’t one to get nightmares, just the occasional startle in her sleep, which normally doesn’t phase her.

11) Do they know any other languages?

The only one who can speak particularly fluently in another language is Nemona. She’ll normally switch to Spanish almost subconsciously when she’s excited, furious, or feeling any other strong emotion. Juliana tries her best to pick up words from her girlfriend to patch together sentences and the like, as she's too lazy to take a class on it.

12) How do they spend rainy days?

The four have built a sort of unofficial tradition on rainy days, where three of them will go to one of their dorms to have fun inside by playing games or just chatting to each other. It’s a nice pastime they enjoy when it’s raining, and it builds camaraderie between the four, strengthening their already close-knit bonds.

13) How do they sleep?

Juliana is a sort of middle ground between a light and heavy sleeper, as is Arven. Sometimes they can sleep through the loudest of things (normally if they’re really exhausted), and other times it feels like they can be woken up by the smallest of things (for example in Arven’s case, stress could be one of those reasons). For the most part however, it’s a balanced neutrality. Nemona and Penny sleep like fucking rocks though lmao

14) How do they hug?

Nemona’s are the most energetic, often one for tight but loving hugs, practically tackling them into one. Penny’s are on the other side of the spectrum, being more low-key and distant. It’s not because she hates you however, she just isn’t used to the whole hugging thing really. Juliana and Arven’s are pretty normal all things considered, but you can tell the feelings they give off when they do hug you though.

15) How do they express love (platonically and/or romantically)?

Being the only ones in the friend group in a romantic relationship, Nemona and Juliana simply shower each other with light and subtle displays of affection, like holding hands together, or giving the occasional kiss to each other, whether it be in public or private. Penny and Arven aren’t exactly the most social butterflies out there, but they try their best to still show they care about their friends, through both words and actions. (Penny still needs a bit of work on that ‘action’ part.)
