Character borrowing from "Hypno's Naptime??" (Housou Spoilers)

I was randomly looking on the net for pictures, and stumbled upon the mountain guy whom Ash battled against in "Bulbasaur's Myserious Garden"
Then had a look at the episode "You're A Star Larvitar" and noticed this;

Later I took a look at "Roll On, Pokémon!" and noticed that the girl who owned the Donphan was very similar to the girl in "Take The Lombre Home!"

Look at this. This kid has the same hairstyle as "Oscar," just a different color. And he too is wearing a v-neck shirt. (OMG!!! 8D)

Long, Long ago the first season of Pokemon premiered on Foxkids in the U.S.

That might of been in another country as Foxkids has not shown Pokemon since like 98!

It's from AG396, Mysterious Thief Bannai and the Ribbon Cup!!.

I wish I had a picture of the latter, but doesn't the little girl who was waiting to go for a ride on Skarmory in Who's Flying Now? (below) bear a striking resemblance to the Magikarp girl in Hypno's Naptime? Or am I not remembering correctly?
