Mafia Classic Sonic Mafia (15p) - Eggcellent Sunshine! Mafia and Serial Killer Victory!

And the lack of counterclaim doesn't mean much... There was a game recently (Hosted by the guy above me :p) that didn't even have a miller.
This is true, I'll give you this, though they are a very common role. So, really, at this point, given that it's very unlikely we'll be able to prove Kyriaki one way or the other without killing him, I say we just take it as a point for towniness. By all means we don't discount him, but imo it does make him less likely than many others who have no indicators either way.

In my experience whenever you lynch someone because they're always scum, they never are.
But when you don't they are scum. You just can't win.
I dunno... It always seems to work out where ME and Darth are involved.

When I said 'prove themselves' I meant by helping town to hunt scum. Not, like, really really proving it.

Unvote
Vote: Contrainer

As soon people started voting him, he tried to start a serious wagon.

I'm gonna agree with Jinjo here, the votes that kept the Masuda joke going are worse to me than anything else. I dunno, I get the votes on Contrainer, but his reactions to being the majority wagon have felt very calm like he's not really that concerned with the issue, and I'd think scum would be a little more worried D1 getting lynched already.

VOTE: Lone_Garurumon

Why does that specifically point you to Lone?

The two people to follow the Masuda vote were you and Lone_Garurumon, and even on this very page LG is kind of just making fluff posts (like in post #107) and setup talk. It stands out a little more to me than your posts, and admittedly I think when the options are close (as in, two players are about the same in my eyes as far as behavior goes), I'd rather vote a player who already has a vote so that it has some weight behind it. It's not much, but I feel better voting on little than not having a vote at all by day's end, if that makes sense.

That's true, I suppose...but it's still D1...

It stands out

I'm not exactly sure what you have against the Masuda wagon. It was, rather obviously a joke, you said so yourself. And it wasn't even a joke wagon on an actual player, so it's not like Max or I were jumping on any kind of wagon that could get a mislynch going.

I do agree with you on Contrainer, though. He's way too calm, especially given how slow D1's been meaning it could be rough to get votes off him if he needed to.

the problem is that I'm too serious for my own good in these games lol

The thing that worries me about the Masuda wagon was how it kinda served as a distraction in what was already a slow D1. Like, the Contrainer vote was one thing, but then adding onto it just extended it, and even when it's joke votes, I like to see actual votes on actual players during the day (since sometimes even joke ones can be analyzed after some flips for interactions) more than votes that moved to a joke. It's kind of like I said to Max; I admit it's not much, but since I'm not confident in the Contrainer lynch, I went with what little I have otherwise. Though I guess at least a Contrainer flip might give us something work with regardless since it has votes we can look at afterward if it comes to that.

I suppose that does make sense. It's not like you can track early distancing attempts or anything to a player that doesn't exist.

The only things I can really see that might be worth acting on are Contrainer and Kyriaki, but I'm not really feeling either of them. Contrainer I've explained, and even if Kyriaki's Eresh vote was stretchy, his Miller claim is making me hesitant to really go with it. If I was forced to pick one I'd probably say Kyriaki, but I'm not really confident about either one.

Dear Contrainer

You are Espio the Chameleon, one of the members of Team Chaotix. First introduced in the spin-off game Knuckles Chaotix for the Mega 32X/Sega 32X in 1995, you are the most serious of the Chaotix team and being a Chameleon are able to blend in with your surrounds and appear invisible, combined with your training as a ninja you are able to move around undetected and gain intelligence on opponents.

Given your ninja intelligence gathering abilities, you are the Tracker. Each night during the game you may submit the action Track: <player> in order to follow the targeted player during that night and find out if they visited any other players.

In short, you are Espio the Chameleon, Tracker, you are aligned with Sonic’s Friends and win when all threats to the Town are eliminated.

Contrainer was lynched, he was Espio the Chameleon, Town Tracker and was allied with Sonic's Friends!

Espio glanced around at his new surroundings trying to work out what may have happened, how did I get here and where are the others he thought. It was at this point he notices some movement in the distance, something was headed his way, quickly altering his pigmentation to camouflage himself and hiding on a ledge he was passed by convoy of Moto Bugs speeding their way off to another location, the Moto Bugs were then quickly followed by a swarm of Buzz Bombers. Realising something must have happened to gain the bots's attention he stealthily decided to pursue the hoard of bots in order to gain some intelligence on the situation. From a distance he followed the bots to a clearing and perched on a high vantage point on a wooden bridge spanning a river he observed a hooded figure meeting with the army of bots whose number had just been supplemented by a joining platoon of Crabmeats and Newtrons. Struggling to hear Espio focused intently on the gathering when heard a loud slashing sound close when suddenly the bridge beneath him gave way as the bridge's support ropes snapped. Screaming, Espio plunged into the river below and the jaws of the waiting Choppers.

The Phantom Ruby bursts into life once more and in a dazzling display of light reality dissolves away and reforms into a new setting of Neon Lights and Slot Machines

It is now Night 1, phase ends on Saturday 15th June at 7:00pm BST!
