As we all know another miracle machine the device that instantly defossilizes any fossil back into the pokemon it was

now technically that pokemon was dead but now it is alive

however could this be expanded even more lets say a kid died and they used his bone to revive him or maybe is just a 100% identical clone but would that also create an artificial soul as well since the clone would be alive

really organ transplants shouldnt even be a program when you can just clone the DNA of your organ or blood

then why doesnt team rocket just steal a cloning machine and clone an army of pokemon instead of being idiots
 
Cloning machines are usually large, bulky, extremely heavy, and bolted to the floor. Not to mention the needed power sources and protective measures for the room the machine is located in. It would be a lot easier just to take over the building itself and keep people out, especially since most research labs have little to no security.
