I've seen someone use AV Blissey. With Body Slam. But his other pokes and the chat suggest he was just a troll, not someone who expected to win.

In a Scaldfest I burnt the guy three times, while he only burnt me once
He got salty and forfeited
However, the context of the situation prevents me from understanding the reasoning behind the forfeit, as the wincon for both of us was preserving some PP and/or critting the opponent twice in a row

Does anyone know the reason behind these two battle forfeits? The way I battle is trying to take advantage of my Pokemon's type/attacks over the other Pokemon and try to take them out with a strategy.

Does anyone know the reason behind these two battle forfeits? The way I battle is trying to take advantage of my Pokemon's type/attacks over the other Pokemon and try to take them out with a strategy.

Because people are assholes. My first battle testing a team for the Halloween Party Battle Spot my Scarf Gengar outsped my opponents M-Gengar and he rage quit.

I decided to change my first team on Pokemon Showdown moves a bit and tested it out. I started having a losing steak and faced the same times I faced earlier and thought that I was going to lose. Instead Roserade dodged most attacks aimed at it, leached seeded the other Pokemon, and take out some big threats. Talonflame was in battle first, but I put her aside for later (which is a good move and a bad move at the same time since I had two other Pokemon weak to bug, whoops). At the end, Gangar was already leach seeded, I ended up spamming Gigadrain until the final turn, Roserade was put to sleep and since Gangar was already weak, leach seed finished it off.

I winced when you and he both thought you had come back when you had Scarf Zone vs the world. There's a reason Magneton is OU viable, y'know (Adamant MGyarados at +1 and Ninja)

I've been using Cobalion recently and I have to say I really do like it. In this match it shuts down a Bulk Up TFlame that would've otherwise wrecked my team and also facilitates a CharX sweep with Volt Switch.

Tailwind CharizardY was a thing once
Now it's not
However, as it has unresisted coverage (Fire-Grass-Dragon-Fighting) and gargantuan SpAtk, it greatly enjoys Tailwind support
So I did exactly that
I wreck things whenever I don't make stupid mistakes

Kids (and adults), take this match as a lesson that, while misplaying can be very bad for your game, with a little luck (and maybe a misplay/click on the opponent's side) you can still come out on top.

A good battle I had, the Vesiquen just couldn't be defeated. It's amazing that Menitrec managed to tank out the whole battle, even getting Vesiquen parelized helped it out.
