In this thread, you can discuss the base stats, abilities, movepools, and overall competitively viability of your particular Franken-Mon.

So, for example:

Kingking is a very regal Pokemon with the Swift Swim and Poison Point abilities as its standard abilities, and Sheer Force as its Hidden Ability.

It's BST is a little strange, but it works out as follows:

HP: 85
Attack: 105
Defense: 97
Sp. Atk: 97
Sp. Def: 97
Speed: 85

With Sheer Force, this Pokemon benefits from a Life Orb, since it gains another boost to its attacks without the recoil damage.
A move set consisting of: Scald, Earth Power, Sludge Bomb, and Dragon Pulse, along with investment in Sp. Atk and Speed EVs, makes this thing a fairly powerful special attacker, but forgoes usage of its superior physical attack stat.

You could also go the physical sweeper route, putting this on a team with a rain summoner, and giving it the Choice Scarf. For this set, you'd want to use powerful physical attacks.
Viable moves include:
Liquidation is a powerful physical water type move, with the possibility of lowering the target's defense as an added bonus.
Waterfall is a good alternative, being slightly less powerful, but taking advantage of the doubled speed to get flinches.
Earthquake is a very solid and powerful Ground type move, just be wary of Flying or Levitating Pokemon.
Poison Jab is a great STAB move that has the possibility of Poisoning the opponent.

Iron Head, Outrage, Megahorn, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, and the Elemental Punches are all available to round out coverage, each providing its own advantages and disadvantages.

Dragon Dance is an interesting boosting move, that can be used with a Life Orb/Sheer Force strategy and physical move set that would include Liquidation, Poison Jab, and Rock Slide, an Elemental punch, or Iron Head to round out the set.

Overall, Kingking has plenty of options for moves and abilities, as one would expect from the King of Kings.

How should we work out base stats and movepools? Is it a combination of the two Pokémon's movepools and an average for their base stats?
However you want to.
What I did for Kingking up there was took a digit from both Pokemon's stat and combined them, but you can make whatever mixed up stats and movepools you want to.
The idea is to have fun. :D
