So I tried to download Pokemon Go Yesterday and Today from my Android and all I get is something about my credit card information.

There is a 'none' option but do I really have to pay in order to download Pokemon Go?

No, you don't. You should be able to hit the "none" or "skip" option. Most apps I download ask me to connect a credit card and I just hit skip. You can always connect one later if you want to do in game microtransactions.
But no, you don't have to pay for the game.

@Pilup99; Oh! So I don't have to worry about the Billing information and all that then?

No, you should be fine. I didn't have to do anything like that, and I have an Android.
