Hello, welcome to my blog about whatever. Today I will be ranting about DD/MM/YYYY.
MM/DD/YYYY is superior because of this example.
Say you are going to an event in the not-so-near future. You have no idea when it is, but somebody is telling you. Now say they have a heart attack and die in the middle of the sentence, not completing the date.
Now with DD/MM/YYYY, he would say: "The event is on the 18th of... dies". You have no idea what general time the event is.
But with MM/DD/YYYY, he would say "The event is on December... dies". You have a good idea of when the event is.
See?
Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
