Let's see... It started out as a dream in which I was on my way home from a doctor's appointment... I decided to take a look out of the back window out of boredom, and then I saw a large funnel cloud descending from the clouds... It quickly caught up with our vehicle, but instead of picking it up off the ground, it passed harmlessly overhead. (Albeit very slowly...) Even then I can still remember the deafening roar it made while passing over head... it seemed to actually hurt my ears enough to wake me up. Twisters are the things I am most afraid of in life...

Oh wow. I've had that exact same dream before. Perhaps it relates to something in real life (something loud)

I've lived in Torado Alley (Missouri) all my life. Never have I gotten over my fear of storms and tornadoes. Just the idea of having to get up at 2 in the morning to rush to the basement waiting to see what's left of our house frightens me. Fortunately, our house was spared every time.
