Granted, they are in the final, however they argued and gave up the idea of dancing together. (You're talking about some kind of television show/contest, right?)
Congratulations you won the lottery netting yourself millions of dollars. You thought this would be great, you could buy whatever you want, help out people you know, life would be wonderful. Unfortunately, money doesn't bring happiness.
At first, things go well as your friends receive some money. But then the moaning starts. First, from one friend who found out someone got more money than he did and then everyone is fighting over the money. Not only that but you thought to yourself, well I could invest the money. Unfortunately, you went to one of your friends who so happened to be a financial advisor.
This advisor was shady, seriously shady and he invests your money in well very lousy investments. So you have a flash car, a flash house, your friends are slowly beginning to stop fighting over how much money people are getting. You're starting to become really happy and already planning a world-wide holiday going first class with 10 of your closest friends including the shady advisor.
But then one day you receive mail that tells you that several of your investments have gone wrong and that those businesses are now in receivership. So you look up your friend, who it just happens has withdrawn all the other money you invested with the guy and he has disappeared without a trace.
You try to look on the good side of things. You still have a few millions and a nice house and a nice car. But your friends are still bugging you. With one wanting to buy a new car, another wants to become a professional golf player. Basically, your friends are money hungry and they want your money.
You finally, have had enough and tell your friends where to go. They all say how horrible and selfish you are because of all the money you have. Even though, those same people just a while ago were kissing at your feet. So your friends leave you, theres no sign of this shady advisor and then you are invited to the race track by one of the friends left over.
This horse racing sounds like a lot of fun, so you start putting some money on the bookies. You win a few and lose a few, but overall, you're very happy. And its a place that feels welcoming, so you become an active race-goer. You start putting on more bets until you take some serious risks and start losing money. Eventually, most of the money left over is gone and you finally decide that betting isn't for you.
Ever the optimistic you say, "Well I still have a nice car and a nice house". Yes everything does seem good, doesn't it. Though you shouldn't be so optimistic, one of your so called friends that deserted you after you wouldn't support him with his professional golf career decides to torch your house. Now with no house, you continue to be optimistic. "Why, theres always insurance", you say.
Thats all good in theory but well you didn't have proper insurance and you were only insured for half what the house would be worth today. So now you can rebuild but you only have half the money you thought you would had. Your friends have all betrayed you, you have lost your money and well you're feeling lousy.
Well, you think to yourself that you will have a drink. One drink, and then two and then many more after that all alone in a dull bar, but you're happy because the alcohol takes effect. Well you forget about the law and drive your car. However, you crash the car, you're not hurt but the police arrive. They breath test you, clearly you're over the limit and so you are arrested. You can't pay for bail because your money is gone, you have no proper housing because the house isn't rebuilt yet and you only have enough for a two bedroom townhouse and you can't get your car back its wrecked and insurance won't pay out because you happened to be drinking.
You are feeling lousy, but nonetheless you look forward to getting out. It just happens you get a lousy lawyer and you can't pay for anyone better and it turns out this isn't your first offence when it comes to drink-driving. At court you stand petrified as the Judge sentences you to one year in prison.
You're finally in prison, poor and miserable and then you meet your cell mate. A butch shaven hair guy with too many tattoos and hes looking at you, real hard. He seems nice and all but as night descends in the jail you will spend a year in you lie in bed and feel miserable. You regret ever making that wish of a lottery win, as you're pondering this, your cell mate jumps down and says, "Bend over bitch".
I wish I could have participated in the RPG game I am meant to be participating rather than typing that corrupting wish.
Granted, but now, instead of being bored of not having anything to do, you're fed up of being with some freinds of yours. You try to get rid of them, whishing you were back home without anything to do.
I wish I was more popular at school.
(firepokemon, that's the biggest post I've ever seen on Bulbapedia, but I really enjoyed reading it. In case you haven't already, maybe you should try to write a story or something, I think you have what is needed.)
