Create-an-Ability

Annoying
Evasion moves double in effectiveness until maxed out. Aimming moves like Mind Reader and Lock-On will fail to target this Pokemon.

Bail Out
When this Pokemon's HP is less than 15%, it will forcefully drag out another Pokemon in it's place. Any stat enhancements and status disadvantages are passed along to the new Pokemon. Does not activate if the Pokemon is asleep or frozen.

Easily Frustrated
For every missed or failed attack, the Pokemon's ATTACK and SPECIAL ATTACK stats raise by one stage while its DEFENCE and SPECIAL DEFENSE stats lower by one stage.

Chain Linked
A Pokemon with this ability will NOT lose the item it is holding through throwing moves such as FLING or from stealing moves such as THEIF. (That ability should please a few people.)

Input: If a pokemon uses a stat increasing move this pokemon will swipe it and use it on itself

Flame Eater: Restores HP by 1/4 when hit by a Fire-Type move. Corrosive: Allows the Pokemon to hit Steel-Type Pokemon with Poison-Type moves super effectively- I always thought that this would be an awesome ability, it could literally turn the metagame on its head! Also, I think some Pokemon in the future should get dual abilities, I mean why not?

Beast King: Normal Type moves become 1.5x times more powerful, activates if hit with a Status move

Inhale: If a pokemon uses a beam attack the pokemon can eat it and if the move used is the same type of move the pokemon has that move will become powered up by one level. Exception is Hyper Beam making the mover powered up by 2 levels

^ Good for pokemon with large mouths

Candy Machine Exclusive to Shuckle
Shuckle can turn Berry Juice into Rare Candies again!! Provided that the Berry Juice is left with Shuckle for a week's worth of time, and said Shuckle does not battle during that week. Depositing Shuckle in the PC does not activate this ability, as Shuckle needs to be in your party for this ability to work.

Artificial Porygon line, Magnemite line, Voltorb line, Grimer line, Shuppet line, Trubbish line, Golett line

The Pokemon is unaffected by status ailments, like Paralysis, Poison, or Burn.

These Pokemon aren't affected by these kinds of status ailments because they would affect otherwise naturally occurring Pokemon.

Sounds kinda broken, but if you insist...

I think an ability that negates Dark-Type moves would work for a Normal/Ghost Pokemon. Now it has no weakness

I hope to see this on a future Legendary Pokemon:
Lightningstorm: During rain, all non-Electric, -Ground or -Steel Pokemon take 30-40 power typeless damage.

Also, to balance the Artificial ability mentioned above:
Artificial: The Pokemon is unaffected paralysis, sleep, poison or burn-inducing attacks but its Attack, Special Attack and Speed/Defense, Special Defense and Speed is lowered by one stage instead.

This. Thank you.

EDIT: Whoops, forgot to post an ability.

Let's see... how about an ability that lets the user fully heal its H.P. once during the battle, but then lowers all stats by 2 stages?

aura shield: creates a barrier against special/ physical (random) for the first five turns then deactivates and only activates when the user has less than 20hp

Sore Loser
Every time this Pokemon Faints in battle, it's happiness stage drops by double the effect. This ability does not activate if the Pokemon faints outside of battle due to poison or other causes.

Anti-Protector: This pokemon has a 20% chance of breaking through Protect with a physical move.

Name: Water Force
Effect: Doubles Special Attack if it's raining.
Pokemon avaliable for: Luvdisc, Corsola, Finneon, Lumineon
This could help those weak water Pokemon a bit, especially in Drizzle teams.

Faulty Doppler - When a Pokemon with this ability is sent into battle, they summon a random weather effect (Sun, Rain, Hail, Sandstorm). If it summons hail or a sandstorm, it is immune to the damage.

Ignition - Imagine a permanent Life Orb for fire type attacks.

Burden - The opposite of Unburden, it lowers speed, but will double the effects of the held item. Ex: Life Orb takes away twice as much HP, but doubles the Attack bonus it gives.

Edit: Unattractive - Sometimes, when the attacker makes contact with the Pokemon, the attacker will flinch the next turn, and may avoid attacking a Pokemon with this ability in a double, or triple battle. If you Pokemon has been effective by this, it will refuse to attack the opponent, and will force you to do another action.

Surgeon or Matador: Powers up moves that involve cutting or the use of blades (Leaf Blade, Aerial Ace, X-Scissor.....and so on)
