20? not too much? maybe 2? or fainst after 3 turns?
He can't attack in the first-turn, in terms of power, you can easily stall 20 turns with the right set of moves, (protect, detect, endure, Perish Song, Destiny Bond), I think as a whole it's relatively balanced.

False Love: When a Pokemon becomes infatuated with love, it can not miss an attack, and the other Pokemon it fell in love with can not attack with physical or special attacks without giving up 10 H.P. per attack. (Status and other conditions are not included).

Metalmorphosis - User gains Steel type after it loses HP.
Pixie Dust - Status affects that the user gives the opponent have a 50% chance of transforming to a different effect. (Paralysis, Poison Confusion and Burn can all swap with each other, and Sleep and Freeze can swap.)
Sceptic - Immune to Ghost attacks
Chilly - Fire attacks do no damage and heal, Burn status heals 1/8th per turn.
 
Paranormal Activity- ghost type attacks hit now normal types.

- would be cool to have a ability that causes the users sound moves to cause the oponent to change ability into Truant.

- Or a ability that makes all sound moves cause with 30% chance flinching.

- Sound can distinguish a fire on a candle, maybe a ability that would allow a sound move to block a fire type attack the next turn?

- Storm Cloud - during rain, lighting has 30% of activating and can hit the oponent and reduce his hp by half.

- Sun Burn- during sunny weather the user will realese heat that will cause the oponent to get burn.

They could make new abilities that activate during weathers and terrains diffrently or re-buff old moves that should react not only to a weather but also to a terrain and so on.
Like Grass Pelt, cool that it rises sp. def during Grassy Terrain, but it should maybe rise a little speed 1,5 during sunny weather or something that kind.

- Desert Skin- the pokemon is immune to moves with Dig, Sand, Earth, Rock,Stone, Tectonic and Mud in their respective names.(Sandtstorm, Accelrock and Stealth Rock included) Thats 19 moves, most are ground and rock but there is also Muddy Water.
(this is for a fire/poison rattle snake starter, total stats: 78 75 78 76 115 106 , this is not Levitate but could be really very good. It could also learn Bounce because there is Smack Down, but if this happens there is no need)

Matador/Torero - lets user avoid all moves with : head, horn, slam, tackle in their name + giga impact, extreem speed and quick attack. This could be good for a fighting type motive.

Unprintable - Pokémon with this ability are immune to Stealth Rocks

And I will make this the hidden ability of all Pokémon that are 4x weak to stealth rock lol
 
Toxic Eater - if poisonded or hit by poison move this pokemon regains 1/16 helf every turn.

Hazard Drain - if hazard moves are used or are on the field the user consumes tchem and rises his speed and both defences one stage.
 
Trapmaster - Immunity to entry hazards, terrains and trapping.
Reversed Polarity - Creates an Inverse Battle whenever the Pokémon is on the field
Lunar Eclipse - Lowers the accuracy of all moves other than Dark, Fairy, Ghost, and Psychic moves by one stage when Pokémon is in battle
Slow Burn - Lowers all stats by three stages when entering battle, recovers 1/turn. Give it to Regigigas perhaps
Burnout - Lowers a random stat by two stages every turn. An HA for Slaking
Soil Fixation - User's Electric-type moves hit Ground-types
Contagion - Passes status conditions whenever an opponent hits it with a contact move
Sharpshooter - Ignores boosts to the opponent's Special Defense and Evasion
Speedometer - Gives out the exact Speed stat of the opponent
Turbulence - Lowers opponent's Special Attack upon switchin
 
Mystic Machine:Raises Accuracy and Evasion if it with a Steel move.(One Stage.)
Shock Boost:Boosts Special Attack when paralyzed(50%)
Strong Voice: Strengthens sound-based moves(20%)
Flaming Fists: May burn opponents hit(30%)
Stealer:Takes Pokemon hit’s stat boosts when attacks are critical hits.
Charger:Attacks have no charge time.
Clone:If the opponent’s stats change, this Pokemon’s changes the same.
Repulse Blast:May force a Pokemon dealing damage to swap out.(5%)
Soul Link:Damage from non-attack moves affect opponents(This includes weather, statuses, outside moves like Curse, entry hazards, ect.)
Scope Out:Increases the power of super-effective hits.(15%)
Yin: If paired with Yang, increases the damage of Electric and Dragon type moves.(20%, also applies if opponent has Yang, stacks with Fusion Bolt and Bolt Strike)
Yang: If paired with Yin, increases the damage of Fire and Dragon type attacks(20%, also applies if opponent has Yin, stacks with Fusion Flare and Blue Flare)
Cold Shoulder: May freeze Pokemon that make contact.(30%)
High Voltage: User can paralyze any type.
Scorcher: User can burn any type.
Aquafiy: Makes Normal moves Water type and boosts their power.
Secret Weapon: Increases all stats when HP is under 25%.
Surging Ice: Increases power of Electric moves(50%)
Heated Ice: Increases power of Fire moves(50%)

Yin and Yang are the signature abilities of Zekrom and Reshiram, respectively. Heated Ice and Surging Ice are the signature abilities of their fused states.
High Voltage, Scorcher, and Aquafiy are the Signature HAs of Raikou, Entei, and Suicune respectivly. Clone is Mewtwo’s Signature HA, Cold Shoulder belongs to at least Articuno as a HA, and Charger is the HA for Xurkitree.
 
do you think we may get a pokemon with ability to freeze any pokemon?
would it be good of having a ice type that could freeze other ice types?
Would that mean we would need Thick Fat to protect from freeze?
or more moves to thaw a pokemon?(theoretically fire punch could/should also do that)

Freezing status is among the most deadly statuses, as it mostly always lasts for a considerable amount of terms. As such, It'd be quite difficult to have a Pokémon ability that can freeze Pokémon, unless it has a low chance of occurring like Pokémon moves do. Another alternative would be an ability with a slightly better chance to freeze, but can only freeze the Pokémon for 1-2 turns, depending on activation percentage.

but how would it be to have a ice type with ability to freeze other ice types?
how many moves and abilities do we have now to counter frozen status conditions?

Only ice types cant get frozen?
poison and steel are immune to poison,
electric immune to electrical paralisis,
grass immune to aralyze by grass moves,
fire immune to burn,


Sunny weather helps defrozting, but what would you say if some types like bug, poison, water, fire , electric could thaw faster then others?
ghost should be able to escape freeze after turn? becuse beeing frozen is like a trap, like a cage of glass or not?

I dont mnistake, fire types can get frozen.
 
Magma Armor’s pointless, so....
Magma Armor: Prevents Freeze status and burns attacking Pokemon (10%, contact move)
So it’s now combined with Flame Body.

For me flame body should thaw the user faster out, magma armor is good but could reduce special damage(electric, water) then burn, but maybe better would be to buff more this kind of abilities then to nerf tchem.


what would you say if Thick Fat would also Thaw a user faster out?
Rage and some other moves , especially energy based ones like energy ball, should atleast make the user thaw faster then normally.

can Shedinja get frozen???

Theoretically : Filter should block or reduce status conditions too like the damage.

Energy Ball dosen't make sense to thaw user out. Energy Ball, a grass attack, is not warm at all.

sun light and energy in all forms is rather "heat"(taking or giving) oriented, dont know how it is with ghost energy...
You self suggested that sound breaks glass, that should hint that sound moves should free user faster out.

Lest say solar and energy moves should be able to thaw out a user faster like Flame wheel does.
Dont undestand why flame charge doesnt thaw a user out faster?

Maybe Flamebody should block powder moves? flames theoretically should burn those or not?

or make Magma armor work like Multicale, filter or reduce electric damage by half too to its anti-freezing effect?

Proposition a ice type contact ability that freezez only by contact when the oponent attacks physically the user of this ability, not when the user attacks physically the oponent, only one way, this way a ability like Long Reach would make more sense, and it wouldnt be to OP.
This needs to hapen.

the Poltergeist ability, maybe it should be SE on normal types?
and give it to a normal/ghost pokemon?

I could see now a contact ability causing the sleeping status like
Cursed Dorns(Comatose Dorns) with a physical dragon/grass (rosedragon) pokemon that could use Dream Eater and Nightmare.
This could also work well with our existing dark/grass cactus line and other pokes.

Perish Touch- this ability works similar like Perish song, but only by contact and only once per full battle(like a Z-move). The user of this ability needs to be touched by the oponent not the other way around.
