Create your own held item

Nitro Tank: An item to be held by a Pokemon. Gives its holder a massive boost of speed to strike first with any move (+1 priority). Consumed after use. If used with a priority move that is +1 or higher it adds to that move's priority eg Quick Attack can strike before Extremespeed if the user is faster.

Buster Charge: An item to be held by a Pokemon. This battery imbues its holder with strange power that allows it to strike the opponent through type and ability immunity. Consumed after use. Only activates when using a move that will otherwise have no effect, using a move that works normally does not consume it.

Mirror Install: An item to be held by a Pokemon. This strange mirror allows its holder to obtain the opposing Pokemon's ability. Activated on switch in, can be used again if user switches out. Imagines equipping this to Slaking or any Pokemon with negative abilities.

I've got another one!

Type-Effective Shield
Flavor Text:An item to be held by a Pokémon. Type effectiveness against the user is lowered at the cost of Defense or Sp. Defense.
Effect: Lowers the type effectiveness against moves that damage the holder (I.E. 4x effective moves become 2x effective, 2x effective moves become neutral, etc.), but lowers the user's Defense or Sp. Defense depending on whether the move that hit is Physical or Special.

Here is a Complicated one!
Type Weak
Makes moves that would have STAB have the same damage as if the same Pokemon attacked with a different Type move IF:
1. Your Pokemon is attacking first and is attacking with a physical move.
2. Your opponent is about to attack with a move that would have STAB.
What will result is that the attack would not have STAB.

Physical buffer: increases physical attack power by 20% but reduces special attack by 80%.
Special buffer: as above but vice versa.
(would these be too OP?)

Also negative-effect power EV-enhancing items. (I don't have a name for these). For example, Power Bracer increases attack EVs. Well the negative effect would be to reduce attack EVs (or keep them at 0 if there are none), thus all the other stats would be boosted quicker and none wasted on a stat you don't want.

I think for an Assualt Vest physical 'equivalent', the boost should be 25 or 33% but not 50

Glass jar.

This item 'captures' Poison effects, possibly also burn/ice. Then, after a turn or after a new Pokemon is switched out, it releases the effect. It will be a single-use item possibly purchaseable in special shops OR as a result from using MooMoo milk.

Locked Chain A and B

Two pokemon hold this. Their HPs get linked. If a pokemon holding A gets hit by an attack, the other pokemon holding B receives the damage instead. Likewise, if the pokemon holding B uses a healing move or is given potions, the other pokemon holding A gets their hp replenished instead. Works when both of them are on the field, and also works when one of them is in the ball.

Safety Vest - protects the holder from entry hazards when it's sent into battle.

Head Phones - protects the holder from sound-based moves.

Cutie Charm - the foe falls in love with the holder upon contact if the foe is of the opposite gender. (Alternate name Cootie Charm)

Reflector Mirror - redirects damage from a Special Attack directed against the holder back to its user. Breaks after use. (Considering having it work like Mirror Coat instead if this is too much.)

Aged Sitrus - eaten when holder's HP falls below half restoring half its HP and curing its status conditions. The holder then becomes poisoned. (Considering having it proc at one fourth HP or having the holder become badly poisoned instead.)

Shutter

Any 2-turn move (Dive, Dig, Fly, Solar Beam, etc.) will be stopped halfway through, dealing a small amount of damage (10-20 maybe) to both Pokemon.
This item would be bought from shops, but only a few, like 2-3, as it would be quite rare and not many shops would be able to get hold of it. It would cost 20,000 pokedollars. :)
