Okay... So, I think it'd be wise to first Seed Geodude before starting with Onix (and also holy Miltank, that thing is even bulkier than I was afraid)... or maybe first Seed Onix... hey, @Arthas Menethil how many Leech Seeds can I plant at once?
Anyway... Redguard, Leech Seed on Onix! (Unless I can only place one, then om Geodude)

Oh that's not good. None of this is good. Beat you are going to die.

Ok, Crobat, if you use Mega Drain on Onix and Monk uses a Low Kick, then Onix should go down. Leaving Beat open to attack Geodude. And maybe even get out of Bind if Onix dies. Sound good?

If so, then Beat can give the Geodude a good Karate Chop!

At this point I feel like "just kill it fast" is the best way to go here. And remember Pika, Karate Chop is better on a Geodude than Low Kick.

Oh, almost forgot.

As a note, the heal after battle thing has been disabled now that Brock has been defeated. The only way to heal completely is either at a Poke Centre or certain NPCs.

Hopefully that doesn't affect us too badly. But if it does I've got 9 potions. Hopefully we'll be fine.

I'll use my TM to teach Rio and Beat Rock Tomb, replacing Feint and Leer respectively

Also @Arthas Menethil can you specify exactly where east and south take us? I really don't know Kanto.
