Non-Mafia Defeat the Boss - Pokemon: Kanto

Rio won't bother with Quick Guard.

Ok guys, any ideas for who to target? My idea's Gyarados, since Squall will be weakened while attacking it, so if you guys attack it before Squall comes out we can hopefully avoid that part.
If we decide DON'T GIVE ANY COMMANDS. I'm going to lead with Metal Sound to drop their defence before we start beating the crap out of anything.

I want Redguard to forget Headbutt and learn Force Palm.
Since Gyarados has quadruple electric weakness, I'd say we start with it.
Making sure everyone's aware here, the plan is not to start with Squall, but to begin with Rio using Metal Sound to theoretically make things easier.
I am open to other plans of action if people think it would work better though

Megapod is trying to learn Captivate, but Megapod can only learn 4 moves. Delete a move to make room for Captivate?
No. Don't learn Captivate.
Monk is trying to learn punishment, but monk can only learn 4 moves. Delete a move to make room for punishment?
No. Don't learn Punishment.

Also, yes Pika is ready for the battle.

Also, I do want to evolve Bell into WeepinBell
Congratulations. Your Bell evolved into Weepinbell.

...You know what, no. I'll rather forget Stun Spore, not Headbutt.
Done

Ability activated: Intimidate. Our heroes pokemon's attack fell.

Misty held up a pendant around her neck, and the pendant glowed. A similar glow surrounded Gyarados, blocking the pokemon from view before the glow disappeared and Gyarados had changed.

Professor Oak's Voice: Whoa whoa whoa, Lone_Garurumon. What are you doing? You have just encountered a mega evolution pokemon.

Mega evolution can change a pokemon's type and will double their health and defense stats, while setting their attack to 150%. I recommend being extremely strategic when dealing with this pokemon!

The good news is... Mega Evolution can only happen once per battle per side.

Rio! Lead with a Metal Sound on her Gyrados!

... ... ...Well, shit.
LG, can you pull out another Metal Sound on Gyarados?
As for myself... crap. I knew that this would happen, but I only now realised that Fafnir ISN'T vulnerable to Ice and I can send him safely against Dewgong. I was sure that all three of my Mon are weak to it...
Oh well... Come back, Click. Go, Fafnir!
