Okay, so as much as I like Decidueye, it seems like it's going to be totally overshadowed by Dhelmise competitively.

Dhelmise pros:
Godly physical attack
Solid physical defense
Two immunities
Four resistances
Offensive trapper
Rapid Spinner
Spinblocker
Triple STAB
Earthquake
Genderless and immune to Attract

Dhelmise cons:
Slow as hell
Six weaknesses
Bad HP
Mediocre special defense
Mediocre special attack
Shallow physical movepool
No recovery
Worn down by entry hazards
No egg moves because genderless

Dhelmise WTF?!:
Can learn Attract despite being genderless

Now, the slow speed can be an asset on Trick Room teams or if you put Gyro Ball on it and the sp. def can be remedied through Assault Vest. So, is this thing a good rapid spinner, or am I better off with Deci?

Dhelmise has a great niche as it is a spinner and a spinblocker all in one, and Grass+Steel+Ground gets REALLY good coverage together. Decidueye has the humorous problem of also being a spinblocker that has hazard removal... but Defog removes your OWN hazards too, making the spinblocker bit less relevant

So basically go with Dhelmise?

Depends strongly on team structure (deci has U-turn and BP to act as a pivot and a higher SpD, Defog is more reliable than Spin if you don't rely on spike stacking yourself. Dhelm has better offense, better physdef, and Spin synergizes well with Spikes or if you have a suicide lead that can't reliably reset rocks if you defog). But as a rule of thumb, Dhelmise > Decidueye is a decent standard to fall back on if none of the above factors are swaying you.
