Yes, used though. bought them within the last 2 weeks and already finished them.
 
Yes, I did... in a way. At launch I bought Sword, but I have since lent it to a friend (maybe I'll let him keep it, he is a really good friend), and my sister got me a game I already had for Christmas, so I changed it for my current copy of Shield.
 
I bought both games a month after release, I just can't play them since I don't have Switch
 
I bought Sword and just got the missing Pokemon from trades. I wasn't going to buy both copies just to fill up the Pokedex since it can never really be completed any way.
