Distinguishing Pokemon?

For example, if I were to make a page about Ash's Charizard, how would I distinguish that from Charizard_(Pokémon)? I am not sure if Charizard_(Character) would be ideal since some main characters have the same Pokemon (like Ash and May with Bulbasaur).

Just Ash's Charizard. There's already an Ash's Pikachu, which is currently at Pikachu (Ash), but will be moved eventually.

It is in fact already moved, the redirect is just there as legacy.
