Do you exercise? How much so? I think it's important to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. Sitting for too long makes me feel uneasy, and I love to move around..
On a good day when the weather is nice I enjoy taking long brisk walks to the park and running a few laps. I do it not only to keep in shape but also because it feels so good. I think it's important to stay in shape.
