Overrated doesn't always mean something "Bad".


If something is considered Overrated then it just means it has too much of a wide spread appeal for one reason or another and that the Fandom just needs to chill a bit in how much they hype it up

Not to mention that often, as is the case with Greninja, the responsibility lies more with the show's producers than with the fandom itself. In this case, the fans only fed back what was given to them.
