Does anyone know techniques for beating the elite 4 in FRLE

I play on Leaf Green and whenever I play I can't get past Lorelei's Lapras because of its awkward typing. I have tried many different ways but none of them work.
My team is;

Lv. 50 Moltres

Lv. 62 Blastoise

Lv. 31 Nidoking

Lv. 31 Onix

Lv. 32 Wigglytuff

Lv. 35 Weepinbel

I have a dratini that I am leveling up so I might get a dragonite in the future.

I just looked at this team in a team builder and I see why you are struggling with Lorelei: You have 3 weaknesses to ice and 3 weaknesses to water. Also, your team is a bit low level. Her Pokémon are in the 50s, while four of your Pokémon are only in the 30s. Hope this helps.

You might not need to change the entire team. Maybe replace the Onix with something else as you have a Nidoking.
