Does anyone know what this piece of music is called?

In White 2, after you defeat Elesa and head to the west of Nimbasa City, you can find your rival confronting some Team Plasma grunts there. After defeating them, they will run away and your rival tells you the story of how they stole his sister's Purrloin five years ago. While this is happening a piece of music plays that's very familiar but I never knew what its name is.
