Does Pineapple Go On Pizza?

My opinion is that while I don't personally like pineapple on pizza, this argument is the dumbest thing ever. Pizza elitism is stupid and I have never heard anyone complain about pineapple on pizza until about several years ago when Gordon Ramsey infamously did. Moreover, there are tons of pizza toppings that make pineapple look tame by comparison - like anchovies, hot dogs, ketchup, or seasonings that turn it into a taco or hamburger - and yet you don't hear anyone complain about those.

I'm sick and tired of hearing about it and hope this meme dies sooner rather than later.

While I almost exclusively eat only pepperoni pizza, I have no issue with people putting pineapple on their pizza, or any other sort of "exotic" toping for that matter. Pineapple on pizza has no affect on my personal pizza eating, so why bother getting upset about it. Let the people eat what they want.

Here is very common to put Hot Dog Sausages in Pizzas, but normally are cutted first before the oven

Yes. I love the pineapple on the triangles. I've even seen banana on pizza and dessert pizza. So pineapple isn't the worst.

Ive had it and its not terrible, honestly its whatever people want. You can like it or not like it. You can put a lot of things on pizza I dont care that much. Im not a fan but thats just me. Pizza is all about what you like on it.

Whilst I don't like it, yes. I make pizzas as part of my job, and pineapple is a decently popular option.

Although, so is haggis, and I reckon having haggis on pizza is far controversial world wide. Over here it's pretty ordinary.
