No there isn't. Sunyshore is by the beginning of march and the final battle of the gym is likely going to be on the final Thursday of march or even first of April. The festival will likely be in may, and then a nice long period of waiting for the league from end of June till mid-end July. That's including an evolution of Torterra and whatever happens with dawn's Togepi.

Looked up the kanji and taking a half-guess here. It's something like: "Piplup is separated from Hikari and goes to where she began. Goes to Prof. Rowan's lab."

Oh really...was there any need for the Kanto Battle Frontier no it wasn't and your logic fails you, if the writers want to do a filler saga then they can when ever they want to, since they are in charge of the show not the fans and they are not going to rush everything because of the 5 gen coming out soon.

For the last time (even though this is only the second time I bring it up), 4th gen wasn't out then.

Seriously the 4th gen is likely to be finished just in time for 5th gen, that's what insomniac meant by "there is no need for a filler arc"

The Hoenn Series ended in June 2005, the 4th gen games didn't come out until September 2006. In what would is a filler saga not needed in that case?

This is going to be the last time that i keep saying this, because is up to the writers wether are not they do a filler saga and the Hoenn series was in the AG saga it have nothing to do with the DP series having a filler saga...what so ever.

Back on topic. What will the Piplup episode be about and i just want to no.

Yeah, let's see...
March will finish Sunyshore
Then we have April, May, June, July, August, September, October and possibly part of November
That's in the good case if gen 5 is released in November and not September
Let's say we have 8 months and each month is 4 eps... so that means after Sunyshore is done we have 32 episodes to do this:
- Dawn get Togekiss (possibly as a Togepi/Togetic which would require additional ep for evolution)
- Ash's Grotle evolve (at least 2 eps by now)
- At least about 3 eps between Sunyshore to GF (so that's at least 5 eps by now)
- Grand Festival: at least 3 eps (totaly of at least 8 by now)
- At least 1 ep between GF to League (9)
- League: at least 7 eps (16)
That means we still have AT LEAST 16 episodes
In case we get Elite Four challenge, make it about 26
Since we ALWAYS no matter what get some "fillers" this can easily get to 30 eps (it can easily go there without E4)

So, you're telling us we'll have a whole "filler saga" of 2 episodes... *facepalm*
In case you didn't know, in Japan - the exact same day a new gen is released, the new series begins too
Even if let's say my speculation is wrong and somehow we finish Sinnoh in 20 eps from now, that would still leave us with only 10-15 episodes... seriously, what can they do in such short time? sure not a whole saga like Kanto BF (even Orange was longer than that)

And about this ep (which we really should discuss instead that ridiculous filler saga thing) if you'd bother to read posts you'd know what it's going to be about (or at least this is how it seems to be, no one did a full translation yet)
