If Benny is this Lickilicky's trainer, I will be at once both flabbergasted (a one-off from Johto returning vs. Nando being abducted by Martians) and overjoyed (that of all possibilities, it's Jessie's old Lickitung)

But it's good enough just for having a Lickilicky.

Cool idea...I've been wondering if there was a slightest chance Jessie's old Lickitung would come back to evolve. A possible trade? Hmm I really don't think Jessie would want to trade away her blue blob. Interesting idea for it to be the old trainer, anyway.

Aw, man, I wanted to call it! Well, anyway, I think it is a possibility. THough the idea of Jessie trading Wobbuffet back isn't one I like. Even if it is for Lickitung.

Musashi's Beroringa coming back wouldn't necessarily mean that she'd have to give up her Sonansu just to put it back on the team. She could just...add it.

Though at this point, Kojirou's the one who needs a new pokemon.

Or alternately, if they *did* ever bring back her old Lickitung, she could just check up on it, see how it's doing now, and deem it's doing just fine with Benny.

Although I think if they ever decided to use it, it should be in an episode highlighting the GTS (alternately, James finds that his parents/Jessibelle have put Growly in hock, but that would overpower his team).
